I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experiences at this Walmart location, which truly reflects the troubling nature of this store. While it boasts a 3.8-star rating, my visits have left me feeling disheartened and frustrated.
First, the store consistently suffers from long lines at the checkout, often with only a few registers open. This experience has been echoed by other customers, leading to significant wait times that can feel tedious and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this lack of staffing highlights a disregard for customer convenience.
Moreover, I've often encountered a disorganized shopping environment. Many of the shelves are frequently bare or cluttered, making it difficult to find basic items. This chaos extends to the aisles, where products are often misplaced, adding to the frustration of shopping.
Additionally, some of the staff members I've interacted with have been less than helpful. Instead of receiving the assistance one would expect from a retail environment, I often felt ignored or met with a lack of urgency. This lack of customer service not only dampens the shopping experience but also reflects poorly on the storeâs management.
To top it all off, the cleanliness of the store leaves much to be desired. There have been several occasions when I noticed unkempt areas, such as overflowing trash bins and messy restrooms. This neglect contributes to an overall atmosphere that is far from welcoming.
Overall, my experiences at this Walmart location have been disappointing, and I leave each visit feeling more frustrated than satisfied. I hope that management takes these issues seriously, as customers deserve a better shopping experience. Until then, I would suggest considering other options for your...
Read moreThis particular Walmart is not high on my list of places that do things right. From the horribly planned parking lot to the congested narrow aisles...the one item that is glaringly absent is Customer Service. A few days ago we were buying aome potting soil in the Garden Dept. and I guess we were a nuisance because the girl at the register and the strapping young man standing next to her goasiping were hostile. As usual right outside there were bags of soil and mulch stacked high. We stated we wanted 2 bags. Cashier rolled her eyes and said she didnt know the price so we would have to go get it and get back in line. The bags are 50lb bags and were stacked about 4 bags higher than my disabled husbands head. The 6ft tall employee with no obvious job description called for security when we asked for a supervisor. I was never presented a Supervisor to speak to and I am pretty sure Walmart operates with an emphasis on safety. Shoppers shouldnt be required to retrieve items in unsafe areas. Those 50llb bags could easily injure someone much shorter then the heighth of the stack. So its obvious that knowing they are the only gig in town has led to apathy in the Customer Experience dept.
Yeah. They still have zero customer service. Also they start their night time restocking in the early evening. That means around 5pm they start depositing pallets in all the aisles. This makes the aisles inaccessible to handicapped folks and God help us should there be a fire because almost every aisle is blocked on one end or the other. Shopping there is a frustrating experience and the greeter should trade this đ for a more...
Read moreI wish they kept remodeling the store. It would be great if we had a Super Walmart. I haven't been in a while. Now I know why. I truly didn't find anything that I wanted or needed. The prices have gone up a lot. It's disappointing. I like going to Visalia to the Walmart. Even doing pick up or delivery is a joke. If you don't order the day before or very early, you can't get a pick up or delivery. I've had several orders not delivered on the day they have said they would be delivered. I also don't understand why you can't even pick up an order when you want to. You have to have a set time and day. If you don't pick it up, they do hold it for a bit, but in most other places, you can put your order in at 6pm and pick it up within a one or two hour window. If you don't get it ordered at this Walmart early, you can't pick it up until the next day. Or pay an extra $10.00 to possibly get it delivered. It really doesn't make sense how other stores, including other Walmarts, you can pick up your order the same day. It's frustrating to pay for a service that doesn't work for you. Not everyone knows they need something until they need it. I understand ordering right before they close, but a couple of hours before. They have a big issue getting drivers to even pick up their orders, which I don't understand. Most delivery people work at all times of the day and night. I'm just not a fan of Walmart. They need a lot of improvements to make...
