Came two weeks ago to check if my gift card from bed n bath would work at this store since it’s listed as one of the valid locations to use the gift card. I was told it would and asked them if they wanted to check they said no it’s fine. Come in today to make the purchases and guess what it doesn’t work and the same employee is telling me she never said it would work, this team was too incompetent to check online if an item came in a different color and told me no it’s only made in white. I checked myself and guess what I found the large planter in black. They refers to daymund or devin as if he was the manager and he comes over with no solution then says he’s not the manger. Needless to say I cussed them out paid for my items cash and left will never return. Lindsay and her Grey hair side kick need to focus on furthering their technical and personal communication skills fact check before telling customers wrong...
Read moreMy mom was in a doctor's appointment and I decided to check out the area, was surprised to find a world market. Hadn't been in one for a few years, it's next to a few stores. And a lot of the stores in this area are closed but the world market is still open.
It was pretty empty inside, but this was also a pretty early time on a weekend. I didn't expect to see too many people. It's also near a Costco though, so, there were a few people who were just stuck in the traffic of entering the area because the Costco gas station is close to an exit. Either way, the store is extremely clean and the workers are extremely nice. Will definitely be going back here for some...
Read moreDisappointed with the customer service at World Market. I arrived at 6:45 PM, well before their posted closing time of 7 PM. As I parked, I saw an employee at the window, but as I walked toward the entrance, she left and appeared to hide. I waited at the door for five minutes, yet no one came to assist me. All the carts were still inside, clearly indicating they wanted to close early. To document the situation, I took a picture with my watch showing the time. It’s frustrating to experience this kind of service, and I hope management takes steps to improve customer experience...
