I reside in Clovis California a couple hour drive and I had two other jewelers within five minutes of me but in the end I chose the drive over the five minute, however both Tom and Thomas, father and son team made my purchase super simple, but very unique, special and 100% online preventing me from having to drive to them.

The customer service is unmatched in the industry as I learned quickly, their creativity and the tools they utilize to be number one In their game is also unmatched. I am still amazed at this father son team.

The quality of the product is second to none, trust me if you were looking for a jewelry store that has your best interest at heart, is honest and very fair on their pricing and in no way shape or form will do you wrong on the price and offers an excellent payment plan it is worth the drive.

We came in from out of town and I needed my ring sized before a birthday party. I called around to a few places and nothing was available except when I called and spoke to Tom. I told him my situation and he gave me an estimated and asked me to stop by. They were right off the freeway (99), and easy to find. Came in and was met with a handshake and a friendly dog. I asked about my engagement band because it had some sharp corners and they said they’d take a look, free of charge. They said about an hour wait time for the sizing and repairing of the other band. Had breakfast across the way and came back a little over an hour later. We ran into the unfortunate loss of my wedding band. It fell and the two owners were unable to find it since we were under serious time constraints. They offered to replace my ring with one just like it or better, free of charge and to send me my original ring in the mail, once they found it. Ultimately, they made it right by upgrading my wedding band to double the carat weight for a modest $500. Sizing was free of charge and I left with a better match of what I came in with. Update: I was impressed with the customer service with DeAngelo Jewelers upon my first purchase. I purchased a beautiful Halo engagement ring which my fiance loved. Large with lots of small diamonds. After a month, a small diamond fell out as they do at times with those types of rings. My fiance was very upset and when I brought the problem to Tom and his team, they were very sympathetic and willing to work with me. Tom called me from his house, explained about that type of ring and was allowed me to upgrade. My fiance came in to look at other rings and she highly respected the staff for being so understanding and considerate. She picked out another beautiful ring with no hassle. I'm a pastor, and worked with people all my life and I have to say DeAngelo team comes with integrity and awesome customer service. Love it!
