My family purchased a mattress at this location in January 2020. We were told it was risk free and that we had many nights to sleep on the mattress before the return window ended. It didn’t take more than a single night for us to know that the mattress that we received was absolutely not the same as the mattress that we laid on in store. We love a nice firm mattress. The mattress in the store was like a small slice of heaven. The mattress we received was a small slice of hell. Soft, squishy, and sunken in the middle. We literally roll toward the center. So we called them back three days after receiving the mattress and it became immediately apparent that this “risk free return” any time within the return window isn’t accurate at all. Nah. We were told it just needed to “break in” and to give it more time. Well you know COVID happened shortly after and life has been hectic but I just have to let you know that two years later this mattress is still the worst thing we’ve ever slept on. It’s also going to need to be replaced as the sunken spots are just broken springs now. You can literally pinch this mattress between your fingers and it collapses and doesn’t bounce back. Yes I’m referring to the outside edge of the mattress. Just squish it and it stays. This mattress was defective from the first day and instead of owning up to a defective product we were gaslit and treated as though we had no idea what we were talking about. So two years after spending $1800 on a mattress here we’re having to shop for a replacement because we cannot bear this for another night. Avoid this place as they’re unwilling to believe that they sometimes have defective products. Spare yourself the heartache of them not standing by their promise and go elsewhere. You...

This place is the best place to buy a mattress, it's clean, quiet, and the employee working there was awesome. The mattresses are ok honestly it's my 3rd trip to buy a mattress because I keep wanting to save money and I bought the cheaper clearance mattresses (and refurbished) so some honest advice, ignore the clearance mattresses and buy a new mattress with a 10 year warranty trust me you will not regret it. If your heavy like me mattresses don't last long, so you need that warranty. And ask for Rebecca, she really cool and knowledgeable about the mattress brands and the materials there made out of she will be able to help you out with ease. And to summarize this, to make it simple. Get the new memory foam mattress with the 10-year warranty and go ahead and get that payment plan cuz the clearance mattresses are not worth it. but if you can't afford a new one, you just gotta do what you gotta do. My wife and I had an exceptionally pleasant shopping experience when purchasing our Stearns and Foster mattress from Chris at Mattress Firm Market on Cherry Road. He welcomed us pleasantly upon entering his store.

He listened to us as we described what we were looking for in our mattress. He showed us the mattresses on display that met our described needs. He invited us to look at the displayed mattresses to try and decide which ones met our preferences.

He answered our questions and concerns but did not hover nor intrude in our conversations with each other during the time we were looking. We decided we needed to consider our choices overnight and left the store.

We returned the next day, having made our decisio, and purchased our mattress, box springs and delivery package.
