
walked in while the manager was standing behind the front desk, he looked at me and didnāt say a word, the teenage associate was walking from the back and had to squeeze by to get past me and didnāt say a word , all this happened while I had my wife on FaceTime to show her a few cleats for our son and I kept her on because I was so distraught with the customer service. I picked some cleats out and took them to the front counter and and the teenage associate didnāt say a single word to me yet again until the total popped up so I paid and looked at him and told him , him and his manager need to take some customer service classes!!!!
For the manager/management that sees this review it was Thursday 2-27-25 around 3:55pm - 4:00pm , go look at the camera footage if you want and youāll see exactly what Iām talking about. To some people customer service isnāt that important but as the manager and associates working in the store, you should treat everyone with the best customer service you can provide because you donāt know how or who it may effect.

Spent about 20 minutes at the bat section trying to find the right one and was never asked if we needed any help. They were less than friendly at checkout.
