Compared to the Perryville location in Rockford, my experience here was very poor. Yesterday I came in and ordered the Green Goddess salad for dine-in. I used the self-order screen so I didn’t have much interaction with staff. I was with a friend who also ordered a salad for dine-in. Our order was prepared in a timely fashion but both salads were packed to go, and the portions much smaller than what is usually served. I ordered mine with extra tomatoes and cucumbers; there were hardly extra and the tomatoes were soft and mushy. The avocado slices were rock hard! I couldn’t believe the contrast in quality compared to the other location; I’ve never been disappointed like this by Panera and will not return to this location. Had I not had time constraints I would have returned the salad for a refund, but with each bite I just hoped it’d get better. Read moreThe point of sales is hopelessly broken. The self service kiosk incorrectly said it was out of multiple ingredients, which was not the case. Gift cards would not work. It took too long to get somebody to help us make the order. It took at least 20 minutes to finally get our order in, be told too bad for a gift card, another 30 minutes to get the food when there was just a couple of take out orders and two others in the whole restaurant. All the sides were missing and we didn't realize it until leaving. The food wasn't even that good and I was ASTOUNDED it cost $46 for two people. The girl who helped us with the order was absolutely lovely, but everything else was a 1 star experience. I feel so sorry for these nice people working with such awful computer systems and low quality ingredients. How on Earth do people go back...
Read morePlaced a mobile drink to pick-up. There was no one at the front register. The drive up worker finally came to the register and took one persons order. My turn was next and he said “I’ll be right with you”. He went back to the drive up window and never came back. I waited 10 minutes until I caught someone’s attention and asked for my drink that I could see sitting on the table. Every employee looked at me and never came up to ask if I needed help. There was also a lady behind me who was waiting in line and decided to use the online kiosk as it had already been 10 minutes of her waiting. Horrible service.
