Absolutley terrible service!!! I dropped off 9 irons to be regripped it took 4 days which is no problem. I picked them up today 8/8/25 and they were completely unaligned and all 9 irons had sticky residue on all of the clubs. Absolutley terrible service to give back to a paying customer. I had them realign at the shop and they still could not get it right after the grips had already seated.
I called the manager today shortly after I got off of work to explain what the situation was and how I was not happy with the level of service and let alone the crooked grips and the manager was absolutely desrespeful and started yelling on the phone saying I’m not giving any money back and stated he wasn’t there to observe it.
Pull your guys cameras from today and see!! I had to weight 30 mins to just to get the grips fixed which they were still not fixed after that and were completely sticky from whatever chemical or liquid they use to put the grips on.
I believe the manager I dealt with was the bald headed older gentleman that doesn’t seem to know much about the industry.

Read moreBefore warned I called this location inquired about a pair of Nike air Jordan one low golf shoes on the day that they were released on Nike and I spoke to an employee there and they verified that they had my size and color way in stock however they were not allowed to hold nor release the product until that following Saturday at 10 AM I don’t know why I had to wait as I was ready to purchase then and I don’t know why I couldn’t simply Buy them right then at any rate I show up 30 minutes before opening wait outside in the freezing cold as they open the doors me and another gentleman walk in and there are literally 6-7 tot pairs of shoes left they said that’s all they got shipped and or received via Nike. This was a horrible customer experience as all their employees went through all the colorways and sizes ransack them but who knows how many for resale and as an actual customer…I couldn’t even get a pair of shoes and the color way in size that we wanted and which were verified as being in stock just two days prior. Each and every time I go into this location I am disappointed I will never be shopping at this location again and am contemplating not shopping at the franchise as a whole. FYI not a reseller. Just a golf customer. Shame on you...
Read moreHad Unita Golf build a driver for me. I used a premium Fujikura Ventus Velocore shaft. The head separated from the shaft on three separate occasions. On the second time I had the shaft reinstalled at Unita they charged me another $20 for the job while it was their install from the beginning. The shaft was brand new and they cut and prepped the shaft for installation. This all happened over the span of 6 to 7 months.
For the third time the head separated from the shaft I decided that there was a good chance the tip of shaft was incorrectly prepared, too much material removed which makes for a large gap in the hosel and shaft tip. I took the club to a local clubsmith in Ogden who confirmed the shaft was incorrectly prepared and he had to add a brass shim to create a correctly fitting snug shaft. In other words, Uinta destroyed my $300 shaft.
I recommend using someone else for clubsmith services or be prepared to have to go back many times if the job is done...
