0 Stars given.. I will never portranize this place Again, first of all, management is there with the employee. He has a bad attitude just as she did (Wendy). Her hair is long and blonde. And it was hanging in the way while making food. I told her Shouldn't your hair be pulled back? It's in the way while you're making people food. She tells me sorry and proceeds to take her hand with gloves on it and push her hair behind her ear. I say ilk, that's nasty. Change your gloves. You're fixing people food, she gets mad. Snatched her gloves off in the garbage. And I proceed to tell her you could refund me my money 'cause that's nasty, you shouldn't touch your hair, then touch people food no telling what else they're doing when you're not standing there, watching them make your food. Then I open and check my other 2 sandwiches because I didn't get a chance to see them make those and the manager kept hounding me. Am I good and I told him I'm checking my sandwiches because she just made the other 2 and her hair is too long in the way and I wanna make sure nothing is in my food. He gets the attitude and walks away. Then come back. I had to tell him I know i You're gonna let me check my food carefully and make sure nothing is in my food. Leave me alone, sir. Y'all should have hair nets on anyways. A customer shouldn't have had to tell you that. Shut this place down!!! Board of health. They're ridiculous here! I will stick to my regular restaurant location not 66st no and 20th ave no crosswinds!! This is a no go people, please don't order online at this restaurant. Go inside and watch your sandwich be made....
Read moreI was trying to place my order young lady didn’t wash her hands or change her gloves once finishing up the meal before mine then when started on my sandwich, she had to refill some of the products and touched every single cabinet door in the store and then proceeded to continue with my sandwich asked employee to change her gloves. She huffed and puffed and had an attitude. I asked her what was the problem. She did not respond, then went on with my sandwich and needed to refill something else and touch the same cabinet after changing her gloves the first time once says something to the employee about touching everything she told me to get out of her store. She’s not serving me. She’s been busy all day long with all these customers and she’s the only one then her mother was sitting in the dining area And proceeded to yell and curse at me. VERY INAPPROPRIATE. This happen today 3/2/2025 at 3:45 pm I hope u educate ur employee about contamination hygiene and customer service...

Me scribbling my illegible name on a piece of paper will not stop me from stealing your order, losing your order, or failing to deliver your order. Touching your nasty pen is spreading the flu. Uber is a technology company my name and picture is guess what in the tablet. We do not sign receipts and me writing Mickey Mouse on the receipt will change nothing. You are the only Subway in all of Pinellas County that has someone sign a receipt when picking up an order. All we are supposed to do is verbally verify the order number with your employee who should be thoroughly checking the order and making sure everything is there, nothing more, nothing less. Please get with the program. PS, stop wasting paper and spreading the flu by having everyone touch...
