My wife's nachos tasted like plastic, which they replaced. I had a soft taco, which was fine, and then a beefy five layer that also tasted like plastic and made me throw up in the store. I only asked for a refund on the stuff I didn't eat because I didn't want to risk getting sick, my wife threw the rest of her stuff away and didn't want to deal with the hassle. It ended up being a hassle when they said they had no problem refunding it, then proceeded to argue with us about our experience, and how what we tasted wasn't what we tasted and the unlikely story that the fryer oil was old and that's what made stuff taste like chemicals, "but it's not plastic". My wife had a nacho without toppings and she said it was fine, and I don't think anything on the beefy five layer gets fried. Not to mention the little pieces of charred plastic bits that we found in our wrappers, falling out onto the table. Worst Taco Bell experience ever, following a series of bad experiences with soggy tacos, empty/flat burritos, and screwed up orders at...
Read moreAs of May 26th 2019, this was one of the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever encountered. The store looked to be ran by only 3 employees yet they were busy in both the drive thru and the dining room. It took about 10 minutes before our order was taken. Once the order was placed we sat down and realized that the dining room was filthy. We finally received our order to find out that one of the meals was wrong, 3 soft tacos instead of hard tacos. I notified them that the order was wrong and they remade it. While waiting for the corrected order two customers come in from the drive thru with wrong orders also. Received my corrected order and sat down to only find out that they made the order wrong again. At this point we are fed up and deal with the wrong order. Other customers in the dining room around us also notify us that their order is wrong too. This Taco Bell is completely and utterly inept at making the simplest of orders and act like they are annoyed when you ask for what...
Read moreIt’s so embarrassing. Taco Bell used to be really nice with their orders and got it correct, but that was years ago. Now it’s as if they just hire anyone and expect them to know what they’re doing. The manager took my order and I ordered 2 nacho Doritos locos tacos and was given soft tacos. The manager did not even know what menu item I was talking about..although I ordered one of their most popular foods. If you’re going to put the manager on the floor, have a cashier or cook supervise them so they don’t mess up an order. Also, for such a simple order it took 10 minutes for my food to come. The staff were laughing and joking around, it did not make me feel priority as a customer. Plus my presence was not acknowledged by the cashier because he kept staring into space after I went up to him clearly wanting to order. That establishment is such a joke. No one takes their job seriously, manager does not know what he’s doing, the cleanliness is 0 stars, and it’s such a...
