If no stars was possible that's what this store would get. Not only have I always had to walk in when I order curbside but the past 2 times I have ordered delivery have been a nightmare. Approx 2 weeks ago I ordered a smoothie combo and only the sandwich is delivered. Luckily that driver went back and got the remainder of the order. Yesterday I ordered a smoothie combo again and only the smoothie was delivered. The driver shower me his phone showing only one item to pick up so I call the store. When I called I was blessed (enter sarcasm) of being able to talk to "Tiffany" who stated she was the GM. I explained what happened to her and was told u needed to call door dash as it was their error and they would have to refund. So, I call DoorDash to be told since it was ordered through tropical smoothie app (which I repeatedly told her) that the store would have to handle it. So I call Tiffany back again...keep in mind this is all during my 1 hour lunch time. Tiffany continues to tell me it has to go through DoorDash if I want a refund and this happened a lot. Then tells me sometimes DoorDash will pick up an order and only deliver half and keep half...which I thought was a terrible thing to tell a customer and one hell of an assumption. I asked her if any of the order was left there and she said she didn't see anything. I told her I thought it was terrible business to talk so poorly about another business u work with....she really didn't seem to care. I asked for the number to cooperate...she gives me her store number....as a GM I would think u should know the number to ur own store...she finally gives me the number to her boss "Lexi". I call and leave a VM for Lexi on a VM that has nothing but an automated greeting....almost 24 hours later and Lexi is yet to return the call. I end up calling and filing a complaint with the home office as Tiffany told me there is nothing else she can do for me....so I am out almost $17 and never had lunch. Don't get me wrong I love their shakes but most definitely isn't a $17 shake, especially when I had a coupon for a free shake. The worst business I have ever dealt with. Not sure what Tiffany has done to aquire the position she has but she certainly should not be the manager...never had a business not deliver service then pretty much tell me sorry nothing I can do for a refund....mind blowing 🤬
In response to the below...makes no sense. I was told yesterday it read Michele Marsh and now today it's something different...not to mention u have to order a certain amount for delivery and one smoothie would not have qualified for that. As I told her yesterday, the one he brought was the one I ordered. I don't understand how DoorDash should be responsible when tropical smoothie is the one that debited my account. Read moreI am not the type to write negative reviews as I am aware that a great deal of variables can result in a negative experience as a customer. But after 3 consecutive visits to this establishment (all yielding negative experiences), I’m forced to write this, in the hope that things will be better in the future and that other people don’t share my experiences. The last time I visited, I was the only customer in the store. I placed my order and sat down for a bit before a few other people started bustling in. I sat down and watched without protest while others started getting their orders before I did. That’s alright, since my smoothies could’ve been more difficult to make right?But then a gentleman placed his order, ran back to his car as he forgot his wallet and was served before I was. It was at this point where I realized I was probably forgotten. When I finally got my order, the smoothies were incorrect. I had waited so long and was so tired, that I just decided to take them without causing a fuss since they had gotten way busier at this point. Thankfully I have no allergies or anything like that. Why do I still go to this place after continually having negative experiences you ask? It’s the closest to the gym where I work out. I am currently contemplating making the drive all the way to their other location on 4th Street the next time around, while I sip on one of the smoothies that I didn’t order. I think it might be the Peanut Paradise....

Beyond disorganized and mismanaged. Honestly left the place fuming due to the total disrespect and disregard the entire staff showed us.
First off, the staff takes no name and issues no order number, instead they just call out the food and leave it to the customers to figure out who ordered what, and who was first to order it.
We waited 30 minutes before asking staff for status of our 2 orders. Were told they forgot to start the 2nd order, so we asked for the manager. Cashier asked we step aside so they can keep taking orders while they fetched the manager.
Took 15 minutes for manager to appear from back kitchen, apparently he was too busy to come out because he was "helping prepare orders"...ironic. He issued no apology or resolution, rather only "came out to issue a refund because we wanted one".
We mentioned that an apology would go a long way for their mistake, but instead the manager mumbled something under his mask that I am pretty sure sounded nothing like an apology, rather closer to something condescending.
Incredibly appalling customer service from the entire staff, and it all begins with the totally unqualified manager. Was my first time and absolute last time going here. No chance for redemption,...
