T.J. Maxx — Local services in Saint Petersburg

I am so impressed with the staff at this location! I happen to be in a wheelchair, and normally I struggle getting through stores because I don't fit through a lot of the isles and I can't push a cart so I end up dropping things from my lap and have a hard time picking them up. These amazing T.J. Maxx employees did not allow me to have this kind of experience. They were so happy to assist me by taking this to the front for me so I had my lap and hands free. They also had there location wheelchair accessible in every single area. That blew me away. There was one task that may had been a little close and the manager immediately noticed it and made it a point to go right away and make it more accessible for me so that I wasnt limited to only the products that i was able to get to. I saw everything in the store and was so enamored by the staff here. Bravo to all of your for your incredible dedication to serving your costumers and making sure they have the best possible experience. I will never forget how different this was compared to other shopping...

Like all TJ Maxx stores it has a great selection of clothing, household goods, jewelry and perfumes ect at excellent prices.

But today, the reason I am choosing to review T.J. Maxx is because our cashier Ben G was amazing.

Give this young man promotion 😎 because he is wonderful and makes me want to continue to shop at TJ Maxx.

I have never had a bad cashier at T.J. Maxx, and if the managers of T.J. Maxx, look at my buying history, they will be able to know where the great people working for them are located.

But again Ben G. was amazing.

This young man had a bad motorcycle accident when he was younger and it left him paralyzed on the left side of his body but he's working and has a cheerful attitude.

Thank you to T.J. Maxx for giving this young person employment. It says a lot about your company that you're accepting and providing Ben G a job and treating him well.

And Ben G is a good reflection on the T.J. Maxx brand.

I can’t even explain how I felt when Eudella helped me with my return. She was courteous and professional and understanding! I would definitely go there again! After my horrible experience in the TJMaxx in Hatillo Puerto Rico. And still have no gotten an apology but it’s ok. Here is the review I gave them:

a week ago They treated me like a second class Citizen. They were unprofessional and uncompromising and all I wanted to do was exchange a gift that did not fit me. They offered half of what it cost because the price was teared off due to it being a gift for me but I didn’t want the money I just wanted to exchange it. I’m not used to TJ Maxx treating me that way and I can’t believe that Puerto Rico has employees that are so unprofessional I will never go back to this TJ Maxx and will never recommend. Your employees need to be retrained in customer service. I wish I can...
