Very disappointed with the craftsmanship and service at this location. I had my engagement ring resized here and was not made aware that the resizing would weaken the band to the point where it cracked just 4 months later. The jeweler was unwilling to repair the ring for free and even blamed me for wearing the ring for everyday activities like driving and cleaning. They essentially rendered my engagement ring unwearable and it will never have the integrity it had before it was resized. If I had known I would not have had it done. We had another piece custom made here that had a water mark on it when we picked it up, which they did fix for free and I love that piece. I was so disappointed in the service at this location. I have been there many times and have made many purchase. On this particular Saturday I was looking for something they didn't seem to have in stock. The sales woman was trying to sell me something that was not close to what I was looking for, when I declined her remark to me was "maybe you should go to JC penny". Well you know I walked out to never to return to that place again and went up the street to Hannoush Jewelers who could have not been more accommodating and pleasing to meet my needs. Every piece of jewelry I have was purchased by my husband at Nazarian Jewelers. My husband purchased my engagement ring there when they were on Essex St in Lawrence and we followed them after they moved to 28 in Salem, NH. Over the years, we have only trusted Nazarians with all work done on any of our jewelry. They have once again been the best of the best.
