Park Inn by Radisson, San Jose — Hotel in San Jose

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel, and I would never recommend it to anyone. First of all, the amenities advertised on the website were not provided. This felt like a complete scam. On top of that, the room was filthy and had a horrible smell that made it nearly unbearable to stay in. It was clear that no effort had been made to ensure cleanliness or basic hygiene. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because they claimed to provide breakfast, but to my shock, breakfast was not provided at all, despite being explicitly mentioned on their website. When I approached the manager to address these issues, I was met with rudeness and arrogance. Instead of resolving the problems, the manager's dismissive attitude made the situation even worse. This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in, in my entire life. I would have left and gone elsewhere if I wasn't short on time to get to an event in town and by the time I was done with the event, it was late. The floors were so dirty, when my dog jumped into the bed, she left black footprints. I took a video on myself cleaning the floor with a wet towel to show how dirty the floors are. They didn't have a hair dryer in the room. I definitely learned my lesson staying here to not trust even a 7 out of 10 rating, and to do my due diligence the next time I am staying out of town. The mattress and the pillows were horrible as well and the person in the room above me was up and moving around until atleast 1 AM. It sounded like they were moving furniture.
