I have been a fun pass holder since the very beginning of the promotion without issue at any other location. The treatment by some of the staff working the evening of February 14th was absolutely DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL. In my opinion the staff at this location INTENTIONALLY tried to make my family uncomfortable but we ignored them. I placed a food order (salad bar, churros and a medium pizza). Upon retrieving order at food station, the customers before me was getting helped as they walked up but when it was my turn the staff member turned her back and had to be directed by someone in the kitchen to assist me. I then showed her my buzzer and she said the buzzer is not buzzing, I informed her that I had stepped outside so I wasn't sure if i missed the buzz however I believe that the churros sitting there are mine. Instead of administering good customer service by checking the food ticket # to my buzzer #, she turned me away. I literally turned around took two steps and the buzzer went off and indeed those were my churros sitting there. After that interaction, two staff members kept an eye in our specific direction for about 10 mins straight talking on walkies, in the midst, one male staff member proceeded to make his presence known by lingering in the area we were eating in and again right after when we went to another area to play. The staff were so busy keeping an eye on us that they were not intervening with other things i noticed.What took the cake was after running around with kids for 3 hours, I no longer had my salad plate but to my recollection when I made the purchase, the kind staff member informed me to bring my receipt to the counter if I lost my plate. Upon doing so, BLANCA rudely told me I had to bring my plate to get a replacement plate so I asked how does that work, if i have a salad plate I wouldn't need a replacement plate. she said she can't help me without my original plate so I asked for a manager. Blanca communicated with another staff member ANDRES in Spanish, once again being ill mannered. Andres stated the same thing but after I reiterated that that made no sense he finally gave me another plate causing Blanca to get upset and demand my receipt to write "replaced" on it.after that interaction every staff member who overheard made it clear that THIS location is highly lacking in staff diversity accountability and customer service! When I was able to speak to the actual manager for clarification she stated the same policy the 1st staff member who checked me in stated. Read moreWe purchase a membership with benefits of 50% off on food as well as other benefits, but we were refused to use the benefits with the coupons that the same Chuck E. Cheese site gave us the ability to utilize! My family have held memberships for almost a year, & only at this site did they refuse to honor the coupon & membership benefits. The worker said she would lose her job for a coupon, though it is valid to be able to do! We told her to calm down & just get the manager, & the manager refused to do it even though she knew it was able & valid to do! She literally said I will not do it! If it was not able to be done, then how have it been done for over a year at every Chuck E. Cheese, we visited. Though, we, a hungry family, drove 40 miles to go to this Chuck E. Cheese, we left because the customer service folks were making a scene claiming we want to take her job & refusing to do what we know could be done! Having my children cry because they wanted to play at the two story Chuck E. Cheese was very exasperating, but they survived! We went to another one the next day with friends without a problem! We spend hundreds of dollars at Chuck E. Cheese sometimes monthly depending on our schedule so to be lied to & treated like that, it makes a negative impression on us & others we may encourage to come with us. We have bought whole team families to Chuck E. Cheese, so it needs to be fixed! Chuck E. Cheese should educate the employees that it is a valid process to utilize a valid coupon with 50% membership benefit and to have better customer service. Read moreI am a person who went to Chuck E Cheese so many times for about two decades; even as a child, I went to Chuck E Cheese, mostly with my uncle. When Chuck E Cheese reopened its doors and strive, however, my return was a huge disappointment: there are no ice cream vending machines, zero huge character posters on the walls, no essence of tokens, zero arcade machines that are for the older kids, no sign of The Studio C Control Panel, no appearance of the animatronic Chuck E Cheese, AND THE AWESOME BLUE SCREEN THAT WILL BE SHOWN IN A HUGE MONITOR. This gave me a huge disappointment, but it didn't only affect me because I had a younger brother; however, his age won't be mentioned due to personal info.
When my younger sibling came into the building after not visiting the said place during its closure, he was downright upset and disgusted that he left the building after inspecting both floors of "entertainment." I'll never see Chuck E Cheese the way I remember, but I wish they give older arcade machines a chance to live longer and allow our era's kids to remember the past.
