My wife and I had a great shopping experience at the San Luis Obispo Sleep Number store. We met Jake and another associate while deciding on a new bed and both were excellent, informative, and fun to talk to, which was nice considering we weren’t sure which mattress would suit us best - whether a Sleep Number or regular mattress, or which Sleep Number. Jake didn’t pressure us at all. He listened and recommended. And he also reminded us of the 100-day trial. Once we decided to go with Sleep Number, Jake worked to get us the best possible price. We slept better, but we both felt like maybe we should’ve gotten more padding.
So, near the end of the 100 days, we decided to upgrade. Even though the exchange/upgrade process takes place over the phone, we decided to visit Jake again and we were glad that we did because he gave us all the tools necessary to navigate that conversation and again obtain the best possible price. We’re very pleased with the service and confident we eventually made the right choice...

Harrison helped us find the right bed on our term we visited the store multiple time while we thought about the purchase. Harrison reached out to let us know about a sale and that's when we decided to go for it. Harrison made sure we thought of everything like sheets and mattress covers and helped us remove the things we didn't need like feet warmers. The whole instore experience was great. Sure we had to wait 6 weeks for the bed but honestly it flew by and one it got her the delivery guys were great help remove the old bed and frame and hot the new one in in a flash. Read moreMy sleepnumber bed was leaking air, Sleepnumber customer service rep diagnosed that problem is in the pump, sent me a new pump (for which I paid $271 under new warranty). When I installed new pump, it didn't solve the problem. I called sleepnumber to take the pumpo back,and they are refusing to take the pump back (despite their wrong diagnosis) because they claim that limited warranty parts are "final sale" . I am stuck with new pump I don't need and $271 down (btw i diagnosed source of leak myself later, it's pipe that I taped and it works). Never...
