I stayed for business at this hotel for two weeks. The first day, the room was cleaned automatically, then nobody has cleaned the room for the next three days. When I asked how often the hotel clean its room, I was told I need to request and otherwise the room will only be cleaned every 4-5 days. I had left over food garbage in the room from Tuesday to Friday for the first week. The second Monday when I checked in, I specifically told the front counter that I wanted my room to be cleaned every day. However, the first day when I came back to the hotel,nobody cleaned it. The every 4-5 days cleaning policy was in the room, but not in an obvious place. I have to look for it. The front counter people won’t tell you either. When I asked to talk to the manager, I was told he was busy but of course he did not call me after. I don’t know what hygiene standards this hotel has if they think it is fine to have the garbage in the room for 4-5 days especially most of the guest will have food garbages. The room temperature also can not be changed based on your own like. It is pretty much set between 71-73 and can’t go up even when I felt cold. Again, I talked to the front counter and nothing happened. My colleague also mentioned the temperature did not get to change in their room as well. The breakfast is also very simple. The apple and oranges are only served with skin so people feel lazy and won’t eat. It seems to me the hotel try to cut corners to save money in every way possible at the expense of the guest. You can’t stay at this place comfortably since it is cold and dirty. If you want to eat the fruit, you’d be better to put some work to it.

My husband and I stayed at this location a few months back. Since our last stay, it seems like the lobby and front desk area have been renovated. At the front desk, they had 8 ounces water bottles and candy for guests. To the right of the desk is the little lobby shop to purchase drinks, snacks, and other things. My husband and I both think there’s great potential if and when they complete all renovations. The lobby is nicely decorated. The elevator is in a weird spot, and it is noisy, and the door slams hard. We stayed in room 313. We stayed in a king bed, 1 bedroom suite. The pillows on the sofa were dirty./soiled. The pillows were awful. As soon as you laid your head down, the pillows deflated. The pillows were so flat that it made sleeping difficult. The bed itself was comfortable. The television’s are not smart TV’s as you normally find at other Marriott properties. The room was clean, but the bathtub could use a refresher. By the next morning, the body wash was gone, so I used bar soap. When I got home, I noticed a had a few scratches in my left knee, which tells me that I was bitten by something. Location is good. There’s a city park across the street (Sandy Springs park). Sunday morning, we were awakened by someone loudly knocking on our hotel door several times. That event scared me and triggered my anxiety. The loud knock also triggered my husband’s migraines.

The bathroom was clean and full of amenities including lots of water pressure and a separate shower toilet room 18 3. The room was well equipped with a refrigerator, and coffee maker 18 4. The patio was huge! It was an entire courtyard with a pool, a smoking section and furnished with plenty of comfortable seating and easy access inside 20 5. The hotel is within a 5 minute drive of 30 places to eat. 20 CON(s) each worth up to -20 based on stay impact 1. The Club Level and Club Lounge situation was less than ideal. On the weekends, the lounge is closed and so you’re given a food ticket to get the breakfast buffet downstairs. Then when the week starts on Monday you don’t get that buffet breakfast but you get what’s available in the club lounge which includes zero low-carb options. Not even a little tub of peanut butter Like you’ll see at most breakfast bars. So if you are low carbing it and staying in the club level, you’ll be forced to pay for breakfast downstairs even though you’ve already paid for it as part of your room price. -15 Total points out of 100 = 79 Date of stay - July 18-22, 2025 Property Name: Sheraton North Perimeter Atlanta Georgia

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I started coming to this location 800 Hammond drive, Atlanta, Georgia months ago because of previous staff that were working there last year and sales Manager Latoya who is still at the location. Extremely polite, accommodating, and any issues I had, they would change my room immediately without any issues. I stayed at the location because it is convenient for me and my family because of my specialist appointments for my spinal surgery next month. I checked in on Feb 14, Feb 18, 2025 checked in by Latoya requested the first floor and no issues. The second day requested for room clean and when I got back there was garbage on the floor and on night stand how I left it but beds were made with blood on it. Contacted front desk and spoke to Tony and he stated Manager Latoya left for the night. He didn't suggest to change room so me and my daughter had to stay in it. Next morning called to speak to Kj and he stated Manager not there will be back Monday and will let manangment know but he didnt. Monday morning, I called to speak to the manager and he told me she was unavailable and can't come to the phone. I let him know I was leaving hotel for doctors appointments and wanted to speak with her and he said he will let her know. Went to the front desk and saw her and she didn't know I even called to speak to her. I asked kj in front of manangment if he relayed my issues at Hotel, and they said they didn't know, and he just told her 5 mins before I came upfront to the reception desk. The sales Manager asked if I wanted to speak to Manager which is LINDA MITCHELL!!! She is rude, condescending and RACIST and shouldn't be working at Sheraton Hotel if this is what she represents towards staff and guests at the hotel. I explained what happened and showed her pictures of room. She asked me why did I stay at Hotel if there was blood on my bed, why didn't I change my room? I am a guest isn't that what your supposed to ask your staff? This is how she was speaking to me infront of other guest and staff. I asked her where was i suppose to go at 10pm at night? I paid for my room so I was extremely embarrassed,shocked and couldn't believe she was speaking to me like that. I asked for her business card she told me she didn't have any and she gave me her name, I requested she write it down she ignored me. Then told kj to refund me for two nights and write down my check date. She started yelling at manangment Latoya infront everyone until my daughter heard and came from sitting area and said" It wrong to reprimand your staff in front of guests especially in that manner." She said I am not reprimanding her and screaming that everyone was looking at the front desk. Manangment Latoya went to the back because she was so humiliated and Manager walk off and said nothing else to me. I requested from Kj her full name and a receipt and left the hotel. I called head office and they stated I had to make a complaint when I check out of hotel. Manager LINDA MITCHELL needs to be removed from working with Sheraton Hotel because they will get many lawsuits because of her behavior towards guest and members of...
