DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I started coming to this location 800 Hammond drive, Atlanta, Georgia months ago because of previous staff that were working there last year and sales Manager Latoya who is still at the location. Extremely polite, accommodating, and any issues I had, they would change my room immediately without any issues. I stayed at the location because it is convenient for me and my family because of my specialist appointments for my spinal surgery next month. I checked in on Feb 14, Feb 18, 2025 checked in by Latoya requested the first floor and no issues. The second day requested for room clean and when I got back there was garbage on the floor and on night stand how I left it but beds were made with blood on it. Contacted front desk and spoke to Tony and he stated Manager Latoya left for the night. He didn't suggest to change room so me and my daughter had to stay in it. Next morning called to speak to Kj and he stated Manager not there will be back Monday and will let manangment know but he didnt. Monday morning, I called to speak to the manager and he told me she was unavailable and can't come to the phone. I let him know I was leaving hotel for doctors appointments and wanted to speak with her and he said he will let her know. Went to the front desk and saw her and she didn't know I even called to speak to her. I asked kj in front of manangment if he relayed my issues at Hotel, and they said they didn't know, and he just told her 5 mins before I came upfront to the reception desk. The sales Manager asked if I wanted to speak to Manager which is LINDA MITCHELL!!! She is rude, condescending and RACIST and shouldn't be working at Sheraton Hotel if this is what she represents towards staff and guests at the hotel. I explained what happened and showed her pictures of room. She asked me why did I stay at Hotel if there was blood on my bed, why didn't I change my room? I am a guest isn't that what your supposed to ask your staff? This is how she was speaking to me infront of other guest and staff. I asked her where was i suppose to go at 10pm at night? I paid for my room so I was extremely embarrassed,shocked and couldn't believe she was speaking to me like that. I asked for her business card she told me she didn't have any and she gave me her name, I requested she write it down she ignored me. Then told kj to refund me for two nights and write down my check date. She started yelling at manangment Latoya infront everyone until my daughter heard and came from sitting area and said" It wrong to reprimand your staff in front of guests especially in that manner." She said I am not reprimanding her and screaming that everyone was looking at the front desk. Manangment Latoya went to the back because she was so humiliated and Manager walk off and said nothing else to me. I requested from Kj her full name and a receipt and left the hotel. I called head office and they stated I had to make a complaint when I check out of hotel.
