The Courtside Grill used to have excellent service. I went there with a small group of co-workers for their happy hour; we cashed out and were told that there were "extra" beers that they didn't know who's tabs to put on. With our drinks accounted for, it seems they were mistakenly trying to charge us for drinks that were never ordered, poured, or served.
If you end up eating here, good luck and count your drinks.
Update: after some of us had left, a manager came by and told my group "you better tip well next time, because those drinks are coming out of your waitress's tips".

One issue with the hotel, is that there is no restaurant/lunch service between roughly 2pm and 5pm - - although guests arriving for late afternoon meetings or evening events, often arrive around that hour - sometimes too early for an available room to check in - and a light sandwich or even just an appetizer and soda would be appreciated.
