I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. First time I went to this place Jennifer did my facial. I got the microdermabrasion facial which was fairly decent. She told me that I needed Retin-A treatment and the doctor in the office could sell it to me or prescribe it to me and I could get it filled on my own. So I told her that would be great and I would take the option to get the prescription filled at my pharmacy. When we were done she comes back to me and says that the Dr. is really busy and won't be able to get the prescription filled for a couple days. I told them that would kind of inconvenience me because I was looking forward to starting the treatment. They said if I want it today I can buy it from them and if I want the prescription written it would take about a week. After they spoke again with the doctor they finally wrote the prescription. Fast forward to today I decided to schedule an appointment a couple days ago and go back because I am definitely overdue for a facial. I scheduled the appointment just fine. They called me back today (Friday) and said they had to cancel my appointment and they weren't taking anymore appointments for facials. I couldn't believe this! I am so hurt that they cancelled on me and didn't let me reschedule. I wanted to give this place another try because I didn't feel like the Retin-A situation was a big deal and I was willing to let it go because it was a small issue. It just saddens me that this kind of customer service exists. I could only image the damage they probably do to people on their operating tables and to the clients wallets. I do understand you get what you pay for which is no issue. But when you have high prices with poor customer service that is where the line has to be drawn. I will take my business elsewhere...

Exceptional experience and results. Dr. DeJoseph is truly a MASTER at his craft. His attentiveness, thoroughness in answering questions and explaining procedures, options and benefits , as well as his friendly and comforting demeanor throughout are truly icing on the cake and extremely rare to find in a medical setting - especially these days. Dr. DeJoseph’s Staff is also top notch in every way - I always feel that each of them has my best interest, comfort and any of my concerns or questions at heart and I never felt rushed or hurried. Their availability, response time and attention to me, their patient, has been incredible at ANY time, every time. From Dr. Yang, to Diana and Taryn (his medical assistants), to Shayla & Leo (expertly skilled aestheticians for aftercare) and including Gianna at the front desk - Premier Image is a well oiled professional, yet very personal, machine. Deciding to have cosmetic surgery is a HUGE decision and choosing the BEST doctor that I knew I could trust for the BEST possible result was paramount to me. I KNOW I made the best possible choice in putting myself in Dr. DeJoseph’s hands, I just had no idea that I would be so happy with all of the other pieces of his practice that go along with him to create the whole wonderful experience. I was referred by a close friend who is known for her VERY particular & HIGH expectations, who had very beautiful results and who also spoke extremely highly of Dr. DeJoseph and her overall experience. My first consultation with Dr. DeJoseph was in 2002 when I was 38 years old and he was 30 years old just starting. Dr. Silver was moving towards first stages of retirement, and Dr. DeJoseph was going to be prominent in the practice. I knew that I would want him… A young Doctor Who knew the latest about cutting edge tech in the industry to guide me as I continued to try to look the best for my age.

It’s been a great partnership. I try to get in front of him every 3 to 5 years so that I can get his guidance.

He listens.

He doesn’t try to push you into getting something you aren’t ready for.

The practice has grown so much that I don’t go there for things like Botox or things that he’s helped me figure out how to get. But I always check back in and I just did that today and I’ll be getting the procedures that he told me to get today to help me with the things that I see happening.

And I was there because my good friend wants to remove some neck stuff that is happening after weight loss.

He has a wonderful manner. The staff runs like clockwork.

There is always a young doctor in their training with him because he’s one of the best probably in the country.
