Chin Chin 5 — Restaurant in Sandy Springs

If I could leave no stars I would, my child was admitted to the hospital and I decided I was going to order food before my husband left to tend to our other child that was a hour away. He went and picked it up and they charged him a delivery fee but he had no idea and brought it to me. I didn’t eat all day because my child was really sick and I just didn’t have time. So when I finally had time that night, I ate the Chinese food that I had just ordered. Through out the night I kept getting sick, in and out of the restroom. So I called them the next day and explained to them that the food had made me sick and the lady said she would issue me a refund and get with the manager. Well that was Sunday and Monday. Here it is at 8:39 at night on a Tuesday and the manager calls me from her personal phone and starts yelling at me and calling me a liar and questioned me about why didn’t I bring the food back. I had already explained to her that my child was in the hospital and that I had no way and I had gotten sick after I ate some of the food. I didn’t know it was going to make me sick. But for her to yell at me and call me a liar and hang up on me, shows what kind of person and company she runs. Very rude and disrespectful. Not how you handle customers. I will be making a report tomorrow with whoever I need to. My husband said when he went to go pick up my food, they just had meat laying out on the counter. Do not eat here. Worst Chinese food ever. Very disgusting. Worst...

Unforunately, Google forces you to select at least one star. My review is for zero stars. I had the worst experience that I have ever had in 28 years of living at this particular restaurant. After we had been served our food and were in the process of eating, I saw a roach run out of the kitchen. No one was paying attention to this and it was crawling in the middle of the floor into plain site.

The roach ran right over to my area where my wife and I were eating our food, and I got the attention of the waiter and she looked at me and looked at the roach and ran off. A minute or two later a cook comes out from the back with a dustpan and broom. My wife and I were shocked and horrified.

The utmost care should be taken to make sure you have a bug free premises when you serve food. If you do by chance see an insect, which can certainly happen, your response should not be to run away. It should be to immediately remove the problem. I went to the cashier and told her what I just witnessed. My wife and I immediately stopped eating, I paid for the food against the wishes of my wife to keep the peace, and informed her that I would give an honest account of what happened on every site that offered restaurant reviews.

This place needs a lot of help. The service I rcvd was ridiculous. I entered and there was no one at the hostess stand so I just stood there. There was an employee who was rolling up silverware into napkins and he made eye contact with me 3 times. Never once asked if he could help me.

A cook from the back came out front and asked if I had a to go order. I said, I just wanted to be seated- just me. He apologized for my wait and sat me down immediately. The employee who was rolling up the utensils turned out to be my waiter. He had a I don't care attitude and even said to me, I didn't help you cause I thought you were picking up. How would you know if you didn't ask.

Ordered Chicken Cashew with white rice, hot & sour soup, hot tea & water.

The noodles were stale. The soup was burnt. The dish was very good.

Waiter never refilled my drinks. Never came to see if everything ok- if he had I would have told him about noodles & soup. I had to call him over, again from rolling up utensils to even get a box and my check.
