We had a party of 8 and the reservation was set for 7:30. We were greeted and quickly seated. We were given a valentine menu which had very limited choices and an additional menu with very limited choices. We were never told in the beginning they were not using their regular menu in which we saw online. The waitress didnt have any answers for us, neither did she know the menu. We ended up having to choose what we really didn't want. Being that I like steaks, I chose the ribeye and surprisingly it was good. My cousin ordered the chicken stuffed with goat cheese. The waitress told her she could get it without the goatcheese, only to find out 35 minutes later that she has to get it stuffed with the goat cheese. About 10 minutes later the manager came out to say you all ordered 5 bake potatoes but we only have 3 (shaking my head). This was our first visit to this restaurant and our last. To make it all better we were given complimentary champagne, but out of the 8, only 3 people drink. Needless to say we originally booked the bar area for 9:30 because we were celebrating my cousin birthday. That’s when Violina surprised me with a few fresh oranges & started peeling them. “I will make you some fresh juice, I can tell you really wanted one.” She proceeded to peel then take the oranges into the kitchen only to emerge with the best fresh juice I’ve ever had. Violina went above and beyond to make me happy.
I will be staying at the Westin on my next trip to Atlanta just because of the hospitality I...

The cheese and meat platter was the cheapest cubed cheese from Walmart with few slices of prosciutto. Ribs and grits was exactly three cubes of bland beef over platter of lukewarm grits and some red sauce that was also used for shrimp and grits, and for mussles. The chicken in the salad was cold and undercooked.
Btw . $17 Old Fashioned with Maker's Mark was weak and watery, ...
