I have tried researching and purchasing 2 top quality mattresses on my own. Both mattresses were King size at about 2K in cost. Neither one worked. My wife and I went to mattress firm after being ignored at Macy’s during their Sealy mattress sale. Nobody was shopping but us and there were no associates to help. When we asked for help we were told to just go look for someone so we left. Mattress Firm was across the street so we went there. As soon as we entered we were greeted by a very friendly and personable associate who actually took the time to ask questions and understand our needs. She took us through a navigated course of different types of mattresses explaining the differences as we tried them. She never rushed us nor did she ever push us for the sell. We decided on a tempur pedic as it was the only mattress that we had no pain in any of our pressure points. Had we not been taken through the course of mattresses in the manner done with the explanation’s given we would have been lost and would not have purchased the correct mattress for our needs. We are very happy with our purchase and very happy with Mattress Firm. Further, the customer service was amazing. The store manager was extremely accommodating as well and made our concerns about purchasing go away. All in all I highly recommend not only our chosen mattress but Mattress Firm for their professionalism, customer care and personable rapport given by their staff and management in assisting and deciding upon the “correct” mattress for our needs. Thank you Mattress Firm and thank you to Bettina Beltran-Teal, our...
Read moreBE CAREFULL WHAT YOU BUY AND THEIR RETURN POLICIES!!!!! Two weeks ago my wife and me go to this store to buy a matress, when we finished choosing the one we wanted, the salesman offer us an electric base, we finally choose one, after explaining this man that it was the first base we were buying, he answered (very kind and polite at that time) to our concerns with a "NO WORRY, IF YOU DONT LIKE IT OR IT DOESNT FIT YOU CAN RETURN IT" After using it for 1 week we decide to return the base. I stop by last week to ask for a return, The lady who help me told me that there are no returns in the electric bases, I told her that the salesman must honor what he told us. She asked me to return when the salesman be im the store. I stop by today, the salesman was there, I explain him about my concerns and that I need to return the base, he start with a "I DONT REMEMBER YOU" , I DESCRIBE HIM THE WHOLE PURCHASE SCENE, REPEAT HIM WHAT HE SAID, AFTER ARGUING SOME.TIME, THE ANSWER I HAVE WAS (NOW COMPLETELY AGRESSIVE), "I WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE THE STORE, YOU CANNOT COME HERE AND TELL ME I SAID LIES" IN 5 YEARS THIS WAS THE SIXTH MATRESS I HAD BOUGHT FROM THIS COMPANY, FOR PERSONAL AND CORPORATE HOUSES IT WAS THE LAST ONE. MY BIG MISTAKE WAS TO TRUST IN THE WORD OF AN UNETHICAL SALES PERSON. HE MUST UNDERSTAND THAT THE SALES PROCESS DOESNT END WHEN THE CUSTOMER...
Read moreI purchased a $3,500 mattress from them and I just went to process of warranty claim four years after purchase. The mattress has a 10-year warranty on it. I purchased a firm mattress but it has lost all support where the buttocks and lower back sit on both sides of the bed. I lost 2 in off my vertebrae in the military, so I need to have a firm mattress. The mattress did work out well at first, but over time it started to decline. I process a warranty claim and they told me because I laid a rod across the bed and put a quarter up against it that it did not measure 3/4 of an inch of sagging so they cannot approve my claim along with telling me that my frame was not a proper support structure. What a joke! It definitely provided the proper support needed for the mattress. They will make every excuse possible for them not to fill a warranty claim please do not buy your mattress from them. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else. Please don't sell mattresses from companies with shady standards. You have lost a...
