Nordstrom Rack — Local services in Santa Rosa

I'm writting one because today the staff was rude, the store Manager was also, checking on peoples bags inside as they walked out. While in line i overheard a conversation that Lara Grace had with a customer about a return and she claimed the titems where worn and they where not from that store. I spoke to the customer outside because I walked by found the lady in the parking lot. The Manager also attemted to call her for another name and was intentionaly stating she was another person, I also saw the store manger following people around as they walked in something that felt unconfortable and inderectly intimidatig judging for staff actions today and by others customers comments. They have a large selection of items at a great price. The store is clean and really well organized. This makes it easy to find whatever you are looking for.

They have a lot of name brand clothing and non-brand name clothing, all at a great price. I ended up getting two t-shirts and a cashmere sweater. Their cashmere sweaters were a Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack brand and were only $70. They had an array of colors and sizes so I will probably be back to snag another cashmere sweater in a different color before they are sold out because it's such a great deal. I always love getting a great deal and not overpaying for clothes and other items.

All of the staff that I encountered were so kind and friendly. There was plenty of parking as well. An all around...

They have designer brands at a reduced price. It's mostly stuff that was over produced and sat on shelves last year at Nordstrom's main (real) store in Corte Madera. The Rack is like a high end Ross or Marshalls but their merchandise is supplied by what Nordstrom's doesn't sell of the brands they carry. They try and fill up the empty racks with lower end stuff like Vans and Hawk clothing if it resembles (style, color, fabric) any of the designer stock on hand, which is laughable. They have tons of shoes, mostly low end odd ball Nikes, addidas and overpriced designer brands.
