Great food although my tatertots were cold. Somehow they also got the plating wrong and we had to play a game of "Guess who's order" and move around our little paper trays until we were satisfied. Whatever, people mess up all the time. What's the harm? Little did we know it was all downhill from there. Then we waited almost 30 minutes for our meals. My mother made a realization that they missed her extra rice. As my mom tried to correct this error, our server, who presumably came from the kitchen, straight up ignored her both times she called him over to fix it and just walked away back to the register. Downright rude. Fortunately it was fixed after alerting another server but we were already annoyed with the previous employee. During that time, I also ordered an extra spam musubi as a separate order that never came out. My father mentioned this to one of the waiters and she confused it for it being apart of the first order. My guess is that it was forgotten about but luckily I had my copy of my receipt since I'm sure it would've been dismissed as an error and I would've had to pay extra for something I already paid for. I had the musubi handed to me in a to-go box as it was the end of our meal. We were there for an hour. Disappointment since it was a small order.

I would normally excuse this with a simple, "Well, its busy. They're bound to mess something up." and all would be forgiven but this place was not even filled up enough and the phone hardly rang for pick up orders. This was not prime lunch hours, this was carelessness on them.

I really loved this wing spot when it first opened. Great employees, good wing size, and clean location. I bragged about this place and recommended Fire Wings to SO many friends and family! The last 2 times I have gone, that all went down the drain. The workers barely look like they want to be there. There is an employee who just stands there, pretends to be busy on the tablet, and does not acknowledge us until someone from the kitchen staff has to come and tell her that we were ready to order. She was pretty rude, and when she brought our food out to us, we asked for ketchup because we thought it was brought out like the ranch, and she said "yea see right over by the soda machine, it's over there" and walked away. We were the only ones in there for about 20 minutes, tables were dirty, and numbers scattered on tables. WE had to clean our own table to sit and eat. I decided to try it again, and I ordered take out. Show up; the same employee is working. Fine, we are ready to order, but as we walk in, she turns around to bag an online order and doesn't acknowledge us. The wings were made incorrectly; we were missing some, and they were super small. We also called multiple times to place the other over the phone, and it just rings and rings. When I went to order my wings in store after failed attempts over the phone, I saw the employee stare at the phone as it rang and did not pick it up. I asked her what the correct number was to call, and she said, "I dunno, I think the one online." Like, really??? I wrote a review before but it seems to have been deleted or something but I'm sticking to my old review still. Mediocre. Mediocre customer service/interactions- The few times I've been here I've been met with an unmotivated and rude saleswoman. She's a young lady who obviously hasn't been trained in customer service and is the wrong option to have in front of house. The first thing that drives a lot of people to come back is the service provided by the cashiers or those in front of house. A huge reason I don't come back is becauce of my interactions with the young lady. She makes quick and vague remarks and can obviously see she isn't too interested in ensuring you are being taken care of properly. It's almost like she's forced to be there is the service I get. Mediocre wing size/prices/food- the wings are fairly small. And by fairly I mean ridiculously small for the prices they have. For the cost of a combo meal you get small wings and soggy fries. I have never gotten actual good fries that were cooked 100%. They feel undercooked and sad. The only thing that's letting me give 3 stars is their actual wing flavors.
