JCPenney — Local services in Santa Rosa

You know I used to go to JCPenney when I was like in junior high and hadn't been there in years but wow was I surprised. They had some super duper cool deals on the second floor (make sure you take a cart with you because there aren't any up there). And I'm talking deals on electronics sheet sets kitchen bathroom bedding You name it man this place has got it. I don't know what's on the third floor I really didn't even get that far but when I got back downstairs I went through the shoes which were you know marginal and the jewelry was very lovely. The one thing that I really did like though was how helpful all of the sales people were. I mean, astonishing in this day and age frankly. And the topper was the salon The ladies who were doing the hair cutting and coloring really knew their stuff. This is why I originally went into JCPenney's was to speak to a colorist and then I found a whole rack of OPI nail polishes on sale for super duper dirt cheap which probably are all gone now because I know I bought most of them anyway I give JCPenney a thumbs up I mean if you're in that area check them out Good stuff really and cheap which is what I go for when I...

As a long time JC Penny shopper (late 1960's) I was dismayed to find that the Men's department has shrunk to half of what it once was. I'm assuming this is because of the newest addition to the store...high end appliances (washers, dryers, fridges, etc.)! I applaud JCP for their attempt to bring back the appliance market they once had. I wish them best of luck and much prosperity! However, since you reduced the men's section to half of what it once was due to the appliance addition, and have reduced to the big and tall section to a mere couple of racks, I will no longer be shopping at JCP. A couple of suggestions, bring back the big and tall section, re-increase the men's section, and Include big and tall sizes in your St. John's Bay Men's Clothing...

Love going to JC Penny and the little playground in the coddingtown mall located in front of JCPenny. They have the cleanest and most organized spots. The employees are extremely helpful and kind. I WANT TO GIVE A BIG THANK YOU TO THE MANAGER. Thank you for grabbing my backpack from the bathroom and giving it back to me. Although some customer stole my $120. I at least got my backpack and my belongings inside of it which most importantly included my wallet with my ID and etc. Thank you so much for being amazing.
