Not great 😞 Booked for 2 adults 2 kids Listed as 2 queen beds - 1 was a pull-out couch, that's ok EXCEPT 1. No sheets or blankets for that couch. So the 2 children on the reservation get nothing for thier bed? Are we supposed to give them our top bed cover??? That throw thing nobody is supposed to ever use??? So they shared the thin blanket from OUR bed and layed on OUR flat sheet to protect from the bare mattress?? I had a spare blanket in my vehicle. That I shared with my husband. 2. The bathroom had 2 hand towels and wash cloths. No bath towels to dry off after a shower. Huh... 3. No towels at the pool either...so several kids were running in halls and in elevetors soaked because they assumed there would have been towels. We did have towels, but nothing to drynoff with after a shower.... 4. Kids found a few cups of salsa in the television stand drawer. Not sure how long they had been there. We did not remove them....BE AWARE...3rd floor!! 5. Found empty potato chip bag inside pull-out couch when we opened. Lucky us! We did remove that. 6. We all did sleep, not all shower. The room served it's purpose. You pay for what what you get, we know that. However, with that being said, simple changes would help. *Provide enough amenities for each person on reservation *towel per person, bar of soap per person, sheet and blanket for every bed, towels at pool area. *Clean up properly. At least open the drawer and look in. Especially a room that had children in it. They look in everything, open everything, investigate everything. BUT, left behind food is an adults responsibility and it doesn't matter who was in the room. I pay, I should not be sleeping with a strangers garbage.

Exactly what you should expect from a lower tier hotel. Basically an 80's room with refresh of cheap furniture. Reserved 2 rooms and they gave us ones right next to each other. They were clean and serviceable, but not great. Elevator doesn't work well, we got stuck inside for 5 minutes. The hotel knows how to reset it, but haven't fixed it. One of the rooms - the air conditioner wasn't working very well. Minor things that highlight minimal effort put into keeping the rooms up. Examples: - bed headboard was removed from the wall, but not really fixed - just painted over the holes. - the towel bar broke, so they put in a newer style - but left one of the older brackets on the wall. I can't recommended the hotel - but I wouldn't say it should be avoided.

If you are traveling alone and doing a quick trip, it will do. I booked a king room and the web site and message I received from the manager said check in was 1pm. I got there about quarter after 1 and there was no king room available. I was given a 2 queen bed room. Fine, no big deal except that the mattresses have to be old because they were very uncomfortable and I did not get much sleep. I did leave as they were setting up the breakfast but I was ready to go due to lack of sleep and just wanting to get home.

Absolutely terrible place—I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. We stayed in room 111 and left the next day to return to our truck, thinking we would get a load. When that didn’t happen, we decided to stay for a second night in room 125.

During the day, I noticed a few red spots on my skin but assumed it might be some kind of allergy. Later, after we had spent the whole day in bed in room 125, I realized my entire body was itching badly, swollen, and covered in bites. We discovered bedbugs in our bed, immediately packed our things, took a shower, and decided to leave.

It was 2 AM, so the only person at the front desk was Trevor, who, as I understood, was a cleaner. He told us we would get a refund, but he needed to contact the manager, which could only be done in the morning. We asked him to make sure they called us back. However, we never received a call.

We had to call ourselves and explain the situation to the manager. The manager was very rude, said we made everything up, and insisted there were no bugs in their hotel. We reminded them about the reviews on Google Maps and Yelp, where other people complained about the same issue (unfortunately, we hadn’t read the reviews beforehand). They told us they didn’t care and that if we had a problem, we should go to a medical office, but they wouldn’t refund our money.

Besides this nightmare, both rooms were quite dirty, with the second one being even worse. The hairdryer didn’t work, and it was very noisy, but those were minor inconveniences compared to my horrible allergic reaction.

We do not plan to let this go and will continue to file complaints with the head office. If that doesn’t help, we will have to take legal action. A child could have been in my place and suffered a much more severe allergic reaction. It’s frightening to imagine the consequences of this nightmare.

Megan was the only reason why we had a room there for the weekend. I looked this place up on Expedia and thought great value! Nothing was as it seemed as it said on line .Megan made it nice for us, (front desk clerk) she tried to rectify all the things that needed to be done, her service was efficient and professional, the rest of the staff I wish I could have said the same. Housekeeping came in and only collected the towels and we had to ask her to take the garbage and we cleaned our own room, I guess that's the way the do it there, Megan said no that should have been done. The Pool wasnt opened on time nor was it cleaned out, kinda disappointed in the whole stay .Megan made it doable for the weekend in all honestly, I would have left the 1st day, she did try to make it right, unfortunately she was the only one who worked, and didn't just write things down. Would I go back there? I dont know ,if she wouldn't be there then No. I wouldn't nor would I recommend the place ,if she didn't, you can see she should have been manager, however there was only so much she could do, because of the title she had, it was clear that she wore many hats and multi tasked no one else was doing their job . The Lobby was the only thing I seen updated other than that it needed to be updated...
