I ordered 3-12 inch subs. Buy 2 get 1 free. Picked up order. When I got home found order of the 3 subs was totally wrong. Took all 3 back to get order corrected. Employee had to call manager on phone. He said I had to take order "AS IS" because it was ordered that way online. I saw their order receipt it was Not what I ordered online. I told him I wanted this to be made right or a refund. He said NO NEW SUBS AND NO REFUND. He told me to get out of his store or he would call the cops. I said go ahead and call them. The Police showed up and said I had to take it up with the Bank. Now I have a police report of the incident also. What happened to "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT"? Now I had to dispute the transaction with the bank and it could take up to 10 days or more to get my refund back in the bank. Now get this. I went to the other Subway in town and had my 3 subs made the right way and saved $4. FYI If you want your Subs made right and save a few bucks go to the Subway in Pilot...

The young lady who helped me (black curly long hair, about 5’ tall, birth mark on her arm) was the highest quality service at any fast food restaurant. She asked the right questions to help me make the sandwich properly, she knew everything, she was wicked fast and accurate. She was kind and professional, she quite literally made, the perfect sub. Read moreThe folks working @ this particular subway needs some serious social skills...The young lady had no enthusiasm or courtesy whatsoever..As she made my wrap it was just throwed together...Didnt ask me if i needed my receipt or anything...i can't even explain how poor the service was..Perhaps the owner should have some pep talk to the employees there before it starts affect your business...Being kind & courteous will take you a long way...i left some stuff out but i think if management took time to read this they would get...
