The Rosaria team was amazing hands down. From my first interaction on the phone to the actual event, I was impressed throughout the process. I had just googled family restaurants in the North shore area and Rosaria came up. I read the reviews and decided to inquire about hosting a birthday dinner. Dory was the event coordinator whom I interacted with and it was such a pleasure working with her. She was caring, friendly and welcoming, with great customer service skills. She made me feel heard and understood. She went above and beyond to make this birthday dinner for my mother a success. The food, drinks, atmosphere/ ambiance and service were superb. We did not feel rushed, the pace of the food serving was just right. The cake we ordered from Rosaria was also good, not too sweet and fed everyone, with extra slices to take home. I would highly recommend this place to any small or large groups looking for an event space. Dory/staff will make sure you're taken care of and all your request are met to your satisfaction or beyond. Thank You again for such a great night!!! See...
Read moreAfter calling at 4:30pm for a 7:30 reservation, we arrived to barely receive a greeting from the hostess. It was difficult to identify the hostess station as there is a piano but no sign. We were sat at 7:35 and brought bread and water immediately. However, by 7:52 we still hadn’t been greeted by our waitress or offered drinks. At this point we decided to get up and leave since we waited almost 20 minutes without even being acknowledged by our server. Upon leaving, no one batted an eyelash or apologized for the lack of service.
This is very disappointing as we’ve enjoyed dining here in the past. To wait upwards of 20 minutes for a greeting and to place a drink order, especially when you have a reservation is unacceptable. We decided to take our patronage elsewhere and were attended to in the manner any paying...
Read moreWas totally shocked when 1st visited. The Exterior of the building is commercial looking, stone faced, with J. Pace & Son Italian Groceria on one end and the Saugus VFW on opposite. I'm between the 2 is a small Maroon colored awning with the name Rosatia in white scroll. Entrance to this beautiful establishment is through 2 wooden doors, set back, under awning. You are immediately struck by the beauty of an ornate grand staircase leading you upstairs to a grand foyer area where you find a grand piano, reception desk and restroom entrances as well as elevator doors. Step into the hallway where u pass the private liquor-locker cabinets which then opens up to the Bar area on right and Dining room to the left. Continue down hallway to enter a function room area as well as gain access to a beautiful outdoor...
