Been here like 3 times with friends and each time is a damn disaster, the first time they thought we were trying to dine and dash. If only they knew how slow there service was and how some folks can be in a rush to leave to head somewhere else. Evidently the cash was in plain sight right on the table with the tip beside it. Not to mention they completely trashed every order from the wings to the drinks .... Second time at hooters .. I can't even tell you how long we waited for our second plate of wings on the all you can eat night it's like we were nonexistent. These girls are just awful and the managers walk around like they're missing a head and are miserable. So the third time ... Jesus be with me . It was another all you can eat night this time the waitress got our orders mixed up once again, she was great and apologized for the mix up however her manager had an issue with being wrong , he tried to charge us for things we simply did not ask for. He even went as far as telling us the price of their disgusting blue cheese out loud as if we did not come out to eat wings, wings that took 30 minutes each just to prepare. I mean it was busy but how can it take 20 minutes just for some sauce that we asked for with our order which had already arrived. But for the manager to even say it wasn't his fault and throw his waitresses under the table was crazy and then for him to say it's not his job to separate and change the receipt after we asked him was beyond me at this point I had enough and will not be returning to this location ever again -5 stars. The manager didn't even know which wings he was serving and they never asked us if we wanted refills in a timely manner they just simply did not...

This place is awful. My first experience here I said I'd never return. Unfortunately my friend wanted her birthday dinner here, so I had no choice.
The food is mediocre. I swear people rave about the wings simply because it's hooters and it's better than being honest about why one goes there. I had the most unpleasant waitress here. It was very busy though so I tried to give her a break. She didn't say a word as she was delivering our food. At one point, I didn't even know she was there and I accidentally knocked the plate of wings over when she was bringing them to the table. I felt SO bad and apologized profusely. She was clearly PISSED and was not interested in hiding it.
I proceeded to clean the entire mess up without her once returning to the table. We had to flag her down to ask her about the order as she said she'd be returning with a new plate. We were basically all done eating and drinking when she finally returned with the plate.
I KNOW how frustrating it must have been to lose an entire plate of food, but I've worked in customer service before. You get some jerks from time to time, but when something is an accident and you have a paying customer, maybe try and not make the customer feel like such a burden.
I was actually not going to tip her a single cent, but with my gf being a waitress, she made me do it. I regret it to this day and wish I could take...
