After coming back from a thermal spa tour of Canada for my 60th, I was looking for a place in my area to get my contrast therapy “fix”. I found it at Plunge. While it’s not as fancy as the places in Canada, the effects are the same…rejuvenation and relaxation…I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Read morePlunge Boston is an absolute gem. From the moment I walked in, the space felt clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. I came in for a recovery session and used the cold plunges, saunas, and the red light therapy room—and every element exceeded expectations.
The cold plunge setup is top-tier: a range of temperatures to choose from, and an easy layout to move between the plunges and saunas. The saunas were spacious and intensely satisfying—great heat and ambiance. And the red light room? A game changer for muscle recovery and relaxation.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the benefits of contrast therapy and wellness. Whether you're an athlete looking to recover or just someone trying to boost your health and mental clarity, this place is worth every minute.
I’ll definitely be back—and recommending it to...
