Everything I saw was in excellent to new condition. Despite being sold as previously rented furniture. We were told it was all steam sanitized which is the only treatment for bedbugs. We were told that this is why they can sell "used" mattresses.

The prices were quite reasonable until you check online sources such as Wayfair. Yet here you can try things out. Like Home Goods etc. Can't say anything was comfortable except for one OMG chair. This would be a perfect place to stage a condo.

My friend was highly motivated to buy a loveseat and liked the idea of being able to sit on it. The salesman was very nice greeting us but with each question he was casually difident responding that "he didn't know." this despite his being told that she had a specific possible maximum length. Questions about all other measurements were also answered with "I don't know" until we finally asked if he had a tape measure.

During the entire time of our visit no other customers were present. Another employee could be seen hard at work at a desk & our salesman kept returning to his high work space do something. Moving is a fixed price of a low $120.00. Delighted he pointed out that that was for a whole living room set or to our loveseat. Well ok....didn't help us that was true.

While my over motivated friend kept asking about the one (really poorly built loveseat. No tags showing where it was constructed, no warning labels, no measurements) and delivery time etc. at no moment did the salesman venture to help past jokes.

I asked if I could take some photos to put online before we started shopping. I tried my best to take representative ones...

Quality furniture with fair prices. 4 stars for the simple fact of salesman not honoring the website price. Listed for 249.99 on website, 399.99 in store. When I brought this to his attention he claimed it was for same piece, just not as in good condition. So, after I made the purchase it was immediately taken off the site. Hence there was never another couch in Norwood as he claimed there was. It's ok though, I ended up purchasing the matching chair which was priced at 299.99 and got the whole set for $570.00. my thing is this... Why lie to make a sale? Keep it real, your products sell themselves. We will return again, but will compare online price to store price first and order online if needed to avoid the b.s. -Great place, great products just cross reference prices online and in person...

I had been corresponding with Jay Freeman went to view the furniture in person on lunch to see what I was selecting online. Walked in walked the whole store two times no one waved or greeted me. Then when I introduce myself to Jay from the email of inventory I was interested in purchasing today. He stated a couple items could not be located with the product number provided from the online. I asked abt their WiFi password so I could go online and assist him with assisting me to buy. Lol. He got up after I asked how long he has worked there. He said six years and you don’t know the WiFi for your customer. Poor customer service, no personality for a Sales Associates. To think our company spends a ton of money with this place....
