Village At Shea — Local services in Scottsdale

This has become my go to spot for breakfast when I am in this location area. Service is always fast and friendly also genuine not forced. The food on each visit has been consistently good and I love how they keep my beverage of choice filled with no need to wave down a server. On this visit Addison P was amazing as my server which has been the same experience as prior visits so that tells me servers have bought into Butterfields customer service approach. There are a ton of good restaurants in this plaza along with the Harkins Shea 14 Theatre. There is a HUGE problem with parking. With the ton of restaurants in the "Restaurant District", a restaurant separated from the rest (constantly changing hands), a gym, and Butterfield's on a separate pad near Shea Blvd, the parking lot doesn't even come close to handling the needed capacity. It's a bit maddening. There are numerous good reasons to visit this shopping center, but one glaring reason...

This place has a lot of little things to do. All of which are special in their own way. I do feel like if you don't spend time getting to know the different places to eat a quick bite, happy hour times, trying specialty drinks at places that only exist there then the experience may not be what you want.
