It looked like a perfect location for us and nice room for a great price. I booked it 100% pre-paid through 3rd party (my bank travel agency) and never got a check in instruction. I was surprised but decided it could be on place. Finally we stuck outside with my feeling not well 4yo with suitcases in freezing temperature right in front of the entrance door. Even though we arrived later than check in hours started. I was forced to call the number and guy on the phone held us outside over 1 hr while finishing check in process including additionally 1 day deposit not mentioned while booking. No staff on place. After we got access code we could step inside. There was high stairs right behind the door. So no strollers, or disable access which we fortunately did not need. Our 2nd floor room was really nice with pretty large bathroom. The stuff in the bathroom was slightly outdated with some rust here and there but overall pretty clean and had evetything like shampoo, conditioners, towels, etc. The bonus was a bathtub not a shower as more often happens. Nice view on a quite park with playground. The room was also clean yet very basic with TV hanging in the corner, coffeemaker, and mini-fridge. The day we arrived was the holiday and guys in the house were celebrating with loud talks and music. But we were too tired and fell asleep despite this. Please note. The audability in the room is house level not hotel. You can hear guys passing by, talking... Even see light from the hall around your room door all night. And more annoying was TV light when it was turned off. It lighted room pretty well during the night. There was a common kitchen/rest area right in front of our room. And one day guys were listening music and playing board games with pretty quite tones. But it sounded like they were doing this in my room. My kid goes to bed around 9pm and I was forced to ask guys in the kitchen to turn the music off to let my kid fall asleep. Fortunately they understood. Another issue happened with hot water. For some reason water got cold in the middle of shower and hot water did not come back in 1 hour but was ok next day. Called guy again and they had no idea why. Maybe because of boiler capacity. So don't take shower too long. Last night my kid caught cold and had light fever. We asked about 1-2 hour later check out but were rejected because of "cleaning schedule". We are frequent travellers and this place could be our favorite and constant place in Seattle because of convenient location for our purposes and overall room condition. But unfortunately... Poorly organized service kills everything. At least, guys responded back and returned deposit without delay. But next time will look for something different.

Sweet suites review ||Wonderful common area, clean and well appointed. Unfortunately the house rules prevented its use after 22:00. ||It was a $76 taxi ride to the property ||Communication with the owner was excellent||Room was small and the A/C noisy. Nice large wardrobe whose door was off the the track but no safe. No chair in the room, just a small stool. ||Good small fridge with freezer section. Also in the room was a coffee maker and coffee, just as well as the one in the kitchen did not work - just flashed a descale messsge. ||We noticed that when the room coffee maker was used the light in the room dropped in intensity. Clearly a voltage drop indicative of a wiring problem. ||The bed had a very soft mattress and was slanted due to the feet being on a carpet. The slant was noticeable when lying in bed. ||There is no elevator, so getting the suitcases upstairs was a challenge, especially at my age. Thank goodness we were not on the top floor. ||Access to the property and room was via a key pad. It worked well. ||There was a hidden cleaning fee of $45 that appeared a few days before our booking. A disagreeable surprise. ||The promised internet was not there initially. ||There was a broken light bulb in the bathroom. ||We had quite a few small ants in our room, mainly around the rubbish bin. ||The sound on the TV in the common are is limited to 18 so any outside road noise obscured the soundtrack. ||We had asked for a later check out time (it was 10:00). The request was acknowledged but the reply came after check out time had passed. So we left earlier for our cruise ship than was comfortable. ||There was a $200 security deposit that was promptly returned...

I booked this hotel through hotels.com and was promptly scammed. Someone called me to finish my reservation, made me download an app to get prebooking instructions and pay a third party cleaning fee. I was never given any instructions and when I showed up to my reservation there was no hotel, no parking, just the Washington Social Security office.

When I tried contacting support they said I had the wrong address and that they had no booking information for me at all! They said they would text me back, and then didn't text me back for 4 hours! No one answered the phone, so I was stranded in Seattle with no hotel. Finally when someone texted me back they said that it was a problem with the reservation team and to call them, when I called them they said it was the booking platform and that went back and forth for about an hour. Eventually whoever on the booking side stopped answering my calls, and only texted me until they BLOCKED ME!

Absoloutely trash. Do not even try to attempt to book through this "hotel"- there IS NO HOTEL HERE....
