Food was absolutely exceptional!!! Such an unassuming place and name, if it were not for the absurd amount of time I spend looking for delicious food options, I would have definitely missed out on this place. So glad I gave it a try. As others say, these sandwiches are a flavor bomb!!! They sound strange at first glance, but are magically curated. The crunch and flavor is exciting w every bite. I can't eat huge portions of food at once, so I ate half and was full. Normally I wouldn't consider eating a sandwich a day old, but I had to try cuz it was that delicious. I put it in the fridge and the next morning, it was still crunchy and delicious. The bread was not soggy the next day. I actually ordered the vegan version of the kimchi breakfast sandwich by mistake (meant to do vegetarian), but had zero regrets when tasting. Also the staff is so warm and friendly, if I lived in Seattle every day instead of weekends, id go for the food and the atmosphere and staff daily. Also, the bartender makes a PERFECT mimosa. Can't wait to go back and try the rest...

Absolutely amazing vegan options! We were only in Seattle for 5 days and we were here 3 of them, wish it would've been all 5 though. I had the Vegan Hot Mess the first day and it was so delicious and filling. Once you get it dropped off at your table you realize it wasn't just a name and you should grab some extra napkins. The other days we got the Kimchi Breakfast Sandwich and the Burrito. I ended up getting the Kimchi Breakfast Sandwich 2 days in a row, with house made Kimchi it was my favorite. The staff was always friendly and helpful everytime we stopped in. Being an avid cyclist the atmosphere was right up my alley. The tables overlooked a full service bike shop, so you could ride your bike over to be worked on and enjoy a bit to eat, a coffee, or even a drink from their full bar. I didn't get to try any of the beers they had, but I did try the Kimchi Bloody Mary which was tasty. Looking forward to heading back the next time we...

Stars off for the unpredictability of this place - sometimes the bike shop is inexplicably closed, sometimes they've gotten my order wrong multiple times (esp around coffee, but they are very nice about it), and the online ordering has never worked the 10+ times I have checked - plus they never pick up their phone so you have to physically walk there and then wait usually up to 30 minutes (at best, can be up to 45 minutes) for food. We live close so usually not a big deal but it is a hassle esp on days we want the food to go as we are heading out of town.

The good: I love that this place has flexible options and that veggie and vegan options aren't just tacked on. I always get either the veggie breakfast sandwich w tofu bacon or veggie kimchi breakfast sandwich w veg sausage. Coffee here is great too, their chai is very spicy and not sweet which is lovely. The servers are really friendly too. Good outdoor seating too w some tables and...

For a while I hadn’t really thought about Peloton and forgot they do breakfast food. I was happy to relearn that they do breakfast because the USA aka hot mess breakfast sandwich was great. It had a great combination of ingredients from the breakfast sausage to the eggs and the hash browns and then the topping of deep fried onions and barbecue sauce. It was a beautiful mess of a sandwich. They made it easy to order online and take it to-go and it was ready within the time they quoted. Finally, the guy I picked the food up from was courteous and friendly. Overall, a great breakfast experience and I’ll keep them in mind the next time I want breakfast in the area.

I went here on a Friday morning, right when they opened. The vegetarian breakfast burrito with avocado was fresh, delicious, and wholesome. I was super full after just half of the burrito. The cold brew on the other hand...WAS NOT GOOD. Omg it was so so bad. By that I mean, the coffee tasted like very old, stale coffee. It was almost undrinkable, but I finished it because I paid too much for it. I am working hard to forget the taste of that gross cold brew. Whatever they are doing with the cold brew, they are doing it wrong. Cold brew should taste like normal fresh coffee, not coffee that has been left on the counter for like 2 days.
