Mattress Firm Dixon Boulevard — Hotel in Shelby

Approximately 118 days ago I purchased a mattress on a warranty exchange. The Manager Paul Raynor provided the service for this purchase. I initially did business with Paul a few years ago with Paul in another Mattress Firm location in Gastonia and the service was awesome. This transaction was totally different. I called Paul an told him that I was not happy with the mattress that I purchased and what can we do about it. I knew that I was close to the 120 day return policy. Paul stated that he would have to call his supervisor and that he would get back to me before the end of the day. I reminded Paul that he has told me that before and I would always have to call him back after a few days. Paul stated that if he gets busy then then he can't control that. Knowing that I only had two days left on the exchange warranty, and not receiving a call back from Paul which I was very disappointed with how I was treated and the service being being provided by Paul. I decided to try another Mattress Firm located in Gastonia. This Gentleman name Milton treated me with the best service I could ask for. I couldn't believe how professional and knowledgeable he was. In closure, I have read the reviews about the service that Paul has provided to his customers. Unfortunately, I didn't get that kind of service from him. I didn't get the call back from him Knowing that my exchange warranty expired in two days. He also can be a little stand-offish. I personally would not go back to that...

I went in the store, knew what i wanted. No efforts to upsell ( i hate when i know what i want and someone tries to upsell me.) worked right along with me.

Angela, was a great sales person. VERY friendly, funny, loves to chat and talk about things in life, she really treats you like her own. Almost unfortunate that i only know her from mattress firm! She’s there to work with you to find a mattress for you, not to upsell you one. Its genuine. In an indecisive situation she does very good explaining the mattresses differences and qualities, to help you make a good choice.

And NOT something youll be sitting back wondering “ this isnt even that good, it was expensive, did i just get upsold?” Lifes not perfect so even if this does happen anyway, mattress firms return/replace policies are more helpful then hurtful. But with her help you really shouldnt need to return.

Payment transactions was a breeze and everything rolled by smooth and efficiently.

My cousin Anthony sent me... At first I wasn't going to go because I said to myself... they are too expensive. He encouraged me to go and I am glad I did! The sales person Angela gave me my different options, she explained to me the difference in the types of bedding, cost of bedding and she asked me about my preferred comfort in regards to the different types of firmness. She discussed the difference and importance of understanding that spending a little extra to ensure long term comfort for years to come is worthwhile. She was right, and I realized the importance of investing in me for something that will give me the best rest results when it comes to self-care. My rest is important.
