How do I give this place a minus star rating? I'm writing this at 1:50AM in the morning because the indigestion and diarrhea this place gave me woke me up at 1AM feeling like I was dying and now I can't sleep because it's so bad. I took my family there for lunch yesterday,Saturday and I have to say they have a lot of nerve charging 11:29 per person for what they call a pizza buffet. First off, they kept us waiting longer than any other place in town just to be sitted, and the only thing on the buffet that didn't look like it had been sitting under a hot lamp drying out for 2 days was the salad bar,but in spite of how it looked my son's were starving so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Which turned out to be one of the worst mistakes I've ever made. Everything but the salad was bad either it was cold or so dried out and hard you couldn't even chew it,even the chocolate pudding was dried out,the meatballs were swimming in water, half hard on one side and damp and soggy on the other, the pasta dishes were so dried out and hard they were disgusting and the pizza was dried out and hard, the soup looked like someone had already eaten it and threw it back up in the container, and even the dessert dishes were hard and dry, nothing there was good or fresh, except maybe the salad. And the waitresse we had couldn't keep our drink order straight and only cleared the table one time during the whole meal, and my husband has to chase her down to get drink refills I would have demanded to speak to the manager regarding the 11:29 per person fee for the garbage meal and lousy service we got but it was obvious to me that either there was no management on staff or they just didn't care about serving fresh, quality food and good service in the first place because if they had been there and did in fact care,we wouldn't have had been served horrible food with terrible service to start with,so I decided even before the indigestion and diarrhea woke me up at 1AM to write this review as a warning to anyone who can see it. If you plan to go to Pizza Inn for the lunch buffet do so with caution or you could be the next person calling in sick to work the next day. I myself wouldn't go back there if the food was free and the management was paying...
Read moreThe level of service has gone down here. My bf and I were there Saturday, Jan 29 at about 630ish. They had a sign on the door saying the buffet would be closing at 8pm. Looking at the buffet when we went in you'd have thought it was close to 8 already. The girl who seated us walked like she had the weight of the world on her shoulders, hunched over, not friendly. Got us our drinks and that was it. Another server came by to ask the obligatory, do you have a special pizza request? I said no, not right now because I had just filled up a plate. No one else ever came and checked on us or asked how things were. At about 650p, a church group of approx. 12-15 people came in and asked about being seated. The manager basically told them she wouldn't or couldn't turn any tables to seat a group that big and the buffet was ending at 8p. Really? You just turned down roughly $300 in sales on a Saturday night because you didn't feel like turning some tables around? Both of our tea glasses were completely empty by this point. We signaled the girl that seated us twice. I finally picked up both glasses and went up to the bar where a girl was refilling the spaghetti and requested a refill. I very loudly said, pretty sad when you have to request service from the only employee who appears to be working. Because she quite literally was the only one who wasn't walking around doing nothing except the girl making the pizzas. There was no new pizza or dessert pizza added to the buffet since we walked in and it was now almost 7p. Another employee in pigtails overheard my comment and things quite visibly picked up pace. I am assuming the girl in pigtails was the "manager." She was the same one who turned away the church group. Suddenly, things were being filled on the buffet and new pizzas started coming out. They were not that busy and this is a buffet. Kinda hard to act like there's a lot of customer service when the customers serve themselves. Basically, keep drinks full and fresh food on the buffet is the only thing going on. They failed which is pretty sad especially...
Read moreAhh man today the staff messed up the vibe check man. Tbh, yall were rude. Usually pizza here can be a hit but on my most recent visit the folks I guess didn’t want to be at work or just accommodating. Bar was under stocked. The male manager that is usually there wasn’t in - I’m assuming he is the manager but he is always pretty nice and accommodating. Since he wasnt there I Asked the waiter if I could redeem a digital coupon I had and he said he didn’t know. That that would be a question for a cashier not him …wow okay so I Asked the girls up front one said it would be fine but she wasn’t sure the other who I guess is a manager said no. I told her the male manager that is usually there has allowed me to use and redeem and offers or promos prior and asked if he was in she said she didn’t know and that I couldn’t use it. Just the vibe was off so we decided to just leave. All jokes aside there is nothing saying you can redeem and online offer but to be honest if the staff is like that why on earth would I really still want to eat from there. I dunno maybe we will try again but for now it’s 2 thumbs down, so better with customer service guys. People choose here for that small time vibe and...
