Shelby NC is where we chose to eat while out and about. I told the window operator about the lettuce allergy and I ordered a steak quesadilla with a bean and cheese burrito no onion with several other items however the bean burrito came with what looks like lettuce hand picked off and tomatos.. I tried to call and report this huge mistake on their part 12 times and never got an answer. So I would not recommend this taco bell. Personally think after someone expresses there is an allergy issue the team should take more precaution and double and triple check the order.but oh well lesson learned on my part .. Maybe its just their night shift that needs retraining or better management support but this experience ruined it for me and my family.

STAFF was excellent. They have a new order taker and I love her. lol (new to me, haven't been in a while) She calls everyone baby and she makes you feel appreciated as a customer. She's warm and welcoming and she makes you feel like you're at home. Austin at the window was great as well. BIG CHANGE to what I'm used to when I go there. Food was hot & fresh. That's a big plus as well. 5 stars today, well earned.

Is this is how the customers are treated just trying to get an order, something really honestly needs to change. They’re not only costing the other people money waiting to get a DoorDash/uber eats/ or grubhub. Nothing is ever professional nor do they acknowledge when anyone comes in.

My last trip into this place for the foreseeable future. Was in there on 2/17 and got an order of 9 items to go. Got home and only had 7 items. Called and had them take my name to make it right later. Went back today, 2/26, to claim the missing two items and ordered ONE additional item to go with them. Also ordered a small water. The cashier charged me for a drink but I didn't realize it until I had already paid. I let her know about it and she stood there looking dumb like she didn't believe me. So, I went and dumped out my water and filled up with what I would come to find out tasted like spoiled tea. After eleven minutes, my ONE item was handed to me. I looked at the cashier, asked about the missing two items (which was the only dang reason I went back in the first place), and asked if I was going to have to wait ten minutes on those also. This place needs new management, and it needs that management yesterday! All this, on top of only one person of the four that I encountered who displayed ANY degree of professionalism whatsoever. That man was actually putting together the food items. AND, there were two big girls standing around the end and even behind the counter who appeared to be off duty employees. One grabbed herself a cup and helped herself to a drink while I waited. Disappointed beyond belief in how far this place has tanked in the last year or so. I am only giving one star because I have to. And I used to visit this place about monthly. I know this because of the required six week waiting time between the prize drawings - often it hadn't BEEN six weeks yet. Not any more. You can have it - my blood pressure puts me at risk in there now. PS: It has been common, even over multiple years, for take out orders to be missing items. This was not a...

What a terrible place. My wife loves Taco Bell lunch/dinner and I like the breakfast. The past few times we’ve came, it’s been nothing but troubles. I guess the workers here decide the hours of operation and other things. The sign on the door says they open at 8 am however last time I tried to pick up breakfast I pulled through at 8:45 and nobody would come over the speaker. I’ve had issues with ordering nacho fries when they’re clearly advertised on the menu and being told “we don’t sell those here” Constantly charged the extra price for adding sour cream to things, as well as my wife adding lettuce, sour cream and tomatoes to her tacos just to realize when we get home, they always forget or just don’t care to. I pull in today (10/3) for breakfast after ordering on the app, to be told in a very non professional way “sorry we got a huge doordash order to do and got one person on the line. It’s gonna be a while. Why don’t you look at the menu” So I sat for 20ish minutes then she came back on the speaker at 10:29, I gave her my name for my mobile order and she goes “sorry but breakfast is over” as I’m looking at a sign that says “Breakfast served till 11 am” When I asked how is it over when I’m looking at a sign that says otherwise I’m met with “well it’s over. I was so excited about the app. Unfortunately there is a serious breakdown after the order is placed. 1st I never got a confirmation email on my order. Luckily I was able to check my online bank account to confirm my order was charged to my card. When checking in at the drive through we gave the name on the order and proceeded to the drive thru window. At the window we were given what we thought was our complete order, but no receipt. We moved out of the drivethru line to get out of the way and started checking our order. Our order was incorrect. We went back to the drive thru. We were then informed that your restaurant was out of beans, out of Cinnabon bites and cinnamon twists. Considering a good portion of our order consisted of tostadas and bean burritos it would make sense to me to substitute alternate options or at least a refund. That was not the case. And to top it off I ordered a large berry sparkling water which I was also informed you guys were out of. Of course I didn’t realize how bad it was till I got home. Do you know how terrible a tostada is without beans?!
