Siesta Key Island Rentals — Hotel in Siesta Key

Our experience with Siesta Key Island Rentals was exceptional! The price for the quality and location was unbeatable! Communication was also really great. Paige kept us informed with our rental property from the start of our reservation leading up to morning of prior to check in. Check-in is at 4 but since we were going to arrive early, Paige made sure we were able to check in by 1 pm.

My family and I spent the weekend in Siesta Key Island Rentals and rented the Southern Comfort. It was only a couple minutes walk to the beach and you could access through beach access #4. Our rental property was also right behind all the local restaurants too so that was a win-win for us. We were able to spend the day at the beach and have a night dinner literally just right behind where we slept. No driving necessary at all. You can also island hop to Lido Key and Key Largo for a 15 mins drive only. Upon arrival to our rental, we were welcomed with courtesy snacks and beverages. Our rental was clean, spacious(!), and also comes with its own beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, etc. which was wonderful because we had a few young children and it worked out perfectly for them.

My family and I will be a returning customer and I highly recommend Paige and Siesta Key Island Rentals...

We absolutely loved our stay at this Siesta Key home rental! The location couldn't have been better - within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and a grocery store as well as minutes from Siesta Key Beach. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could think of for traveling to a beach….beach cruisers, chairs, tents, umbrellas, toys, etc. There was a fully stocked kitchen, rain umbrellas, phone chargers, outdoor shower, kayak, etc.

We travel extensively and have stayed in many vacation rentals, but this one truly stood out for its cleanliness and attention to detail. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and the living areas were perfect for 2 families with teenagers to spread out and relax after a day at the beach.

The property manager was also incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing...

We stayed at The Mermaid, and it was absolutely perfect for my wife and me. The space was large, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The pool was a wonderful bonus, perfect for relaxing during breaks from the beach—which is just a short, five-minute walk from the door to the sand!

They truly thought of everything for a beach day: towels, a wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler—you name it, it was provided. Plus, you’re less than a five-minute walk to the Village, and the stroll itself is lovely.

The customer service was exceptional. The team stayed in touch before our arrival to ensure we were well-informed, checked in during our stay to make sure everything was perfect, and made us feel genuinely cared for. We couldn’t have asked for more. We’ll definitely be back and have already recommended The Mermaid to friends and family!
