I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place — and I'm not even talking about the quality of their products. Refusing to let a seven-year-old girl use the restroom simply because she hadn't made a purchase is the height of greed and inhumanity. This incident tells you everything you need to know about Siesta Poke and its staff. I will never set foot in this establishment again on principle, and I encourage you to do the same!

Update in response to the owner’s reply: Yes, we did not dine at your establishment — I never claimed otherwise. This may come as a surprise to you, but in this country, denying access to a restroom is widely regarded as unwelcoming, antisocial, and extremely inappropriate from the standpoint of public decency — especially when it comes to a child. You also made it very clear that the restroom is for staff and CUSTOMERS only — meaning only those who made a purchase. You are in the service industry, where providing access to a restroom is considered standard practice. I find it hard to understand what your issue with the restroom is — or why the nearby establishment had no problem with this at all? Or did you simply dislike my child? As for the sign on the door — yes, I didn't notice it, but what difference does that make? You could just as well hang a sign saying "We won't call an ambulance if you collapse," "We won’t intervene if you’re being robbed," or "Lost wallets and phones will be kept by us" — if your conscience allows. Though after the restroom incident, nothing about your attitude would surprise me anymore. You should be ashamed...
