June 2022 Update: Horrible service. Brandi had me waiting for over 10 minutes for a menu. She was apparently incapable of bringing the menu she said she would in between getting drinks and orders for two tables of two - one on inside and one on out. When I went inside she was chit-chating with the bartender. October 2021: I chose to check them out due to the high-scoring reviews! I plan to be back soon! Drinks:The Expresso and Salted Caramel martinis were fabulous! I don't believe there is a bad martini at this place. The bartender is very talented and has a great personality. Food: The food was also delicious. Unfortunately they were out of tuna, so I was unable to get the tuna poke salad. I got the 1997 salad with grilled shrimp. I was notified when seated that the chef was new and started a couple of days before. My one complaint was that the salad did not have the pecans, as described on the paper menu and online, nor was I told they would not be in my salad. Nonetheless, the grilled shrimp was cooked perfectly and the tiramisu donuts were delicious (think funnel cake that tastes like tiramisu). Music: There is live music Thursdays outside, which I hadn't known until I arrived. I enjoyed it so much that like others I danced my way away as I left. Service: The waitress was attentive and gave service with a smile (even though she appeared somewhat tired). I truly appreciated her efforts and that she kept her smile going.

Great Martini’s, Staff, and Experience. We went it right at opening time and sat at the bar for an early appetizer and found the Peanut Butter Martini on the Menu to be the next best thing to a Ice Cream Sundae! The Staff were very welcoming and offered samples of new drinks on the menu or even samples of the drink of the day. When we just shared a pic of our Martinis on Social Media, two friends who lived hundreds of miles away knew exactly where we were and said how much they missed this place. It’s now our mew staple when we come to Siesta Key Village. Thanks to the Staff

Wooooooooah!!’ I am beyond impressed with @ Blasé Cafe and Martini bar in Siesta Keys!!!! Woot wooot! I am with the rents on summer vacation #takethevacation If Henry / Jessica ever want a job in the hospitality biz- as a Recruiter by profession- I would make the intro. Getting to know both who demonstrate that- they are skilled in the biz- innovative- professional and personable. Happy to be at Blasé Is there such thing as “martini therapy?” 🍸💭 thoughts?

Blasé Cafe is an absolute gem by the beach, offering an exceptional dining experience that perfectly complements the coastal vibe. From the moment I walked in, the inviting atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic time. The cafe shots were outstanding, delivering just the right kick to start the evening. Adding to the charm were the impressive beer specials, a true "attaboy" for any beer enthusiast.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the pizza—easily one of the best I've ever had. The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings fresh, and the flavors incredibly well-balanced. It's the kind of pizza that makes you savor every bite.

Situated right by the beach, Blasé Cafe offers not just great food and drinks but also a scenic backdrop that enhances the overall experience. The bartender was personable and attentive, adding a warm, friendly touch to the evening. Their knowledge of the menu and engaging conversation made the visit even more enjoyable.

Blasé Cafe is the perfect spot to relax, enjoy delicious food and drinks, and soak in the beachside ambiance. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable eatery with...

My friends and I (all over the age of 27) got ID’d by a pretty rude bartender who refused to accept my legal permanent residence card (green card) as valid ID. The manager then came and told me I could not be served because they only accept driver’s licenses or passports. I tried to make my case saying that I did not own a car and had traveled from out of state with only my Green Card and he insisted they did not accept it. The whole interaction was quite rude so me and the other 3 people with me (all american citizens) left. I understand bars have the right to refuse service if they don’t recognize IDs but I found the whole thing very off putting considering this same bar has either not IDd me at all or accepted my green card as ID in previous instances. Also, EVERY OTHER ESTABLISHMENT in the Key accepted it during my stay. Finally, worth mentioning, the place was completely empty so I really dont understand the incentive to be that rude to begin with. Super disappointed with the treatment and lack of basic knowledge from an establishment Ive frequented for over...
