When I arrived, I was told that my reservation was recorded as a No Show and that I was supposed to arrive the day before. I was charged the full amount of my stay (2 Days) even though their policy was first night room and tax. I booked Friday and Saturday nights on the Wyndham site. It was booked as Thursday and Friday. When I got to my room there were drips of something milky white and sticky on the floor. I always check the bed, and when I pulled back the blanket and top sheet there were stains and hair all over the bed. The mattress cover was also stained with what looked like blood and urine. The bathroom vanity backsplash and mirror had tooth paste speckles all over it. The base of the toilet had dark old urine on it and the bottom of tub was grey and dirty, which could have been cleaned to white with a little soft scrub or comet cleanser. When I asked the front desk for clean sheets so I could remake my bed, the fitted sheet she gave me had a rip on the corner. You could have used the flat sheet for a sheer curtain it was so thin. the lamp on the desk had 3 dark brownish gold stains on it. Clearly very old stains. The staff was nice enough, but no need to set my alarm clock. I was awoken at 8:00 am sharp with all the noise they made outside my door in the morning. It was difficult to sleep knowing the mattress cover under me was so stained. I was trying to get some needed extra sleep as my son's wedding was in the evening, and I knew that I would be up late entertaining friends and family at the venue. Because of all this I decided to just check out and drive the 4 1/2 hours home after the wedding was over. For me it was better to drive home tired than spend another night in a hotel I could not sleep in. I was still charged for 2 nights even though I only stayed one night. The manager made it clear that I would not be getting any type of refund for my stay. FYI I couldn't bring myself to eat the breakfast there. If the rooms were this bad, who knows what conditions the...

The room is not spacious with minimal, plain furnishings – as expected in a “Superior Tourist Class” 2-star motel. For example: coffee maker on top of microwave on top of free-standing fridge in the corner. Small sink counter-top space; limited room for shaving/make-up kits, nor room for two at same time. Separate room for toilet/tub-shower with no electric outlet therein. Bed was crowded within 11 inches of the wall - difficult access. Many folks need a grab bar in the shower, and they should be installed for safety. Shower control is different; adjust it before using it. No fitness room, which is a disappointment, and no laundry room. The building is crowded into a narrow lot. Because of that, the lobby entrance has no “drive-up” covered area to load/unload under; and there’s virtually no grass/lawn area. Also, an up-slope walkway pushing luggage cart to the door is different. Don’t get me wrong, it’s very satisfactory lodging. Recognize, our stay rates a 5-star, because the shortcomings are expected for a 2-star, tourist class||The maid service was unusual, the first two days the room hadn’t been cleaned by 3 pm when we wanted to use the room! So, we got some clean towels at front desk, which is frustrating. Be sure to ask how they do it and request it be done by a time? ||Built 1991.
