I took my money elsewhere after being followed around the store for 30 minutes while my nephews and I were shopping. The ladies working are not good with kids or aware of how they are treating customers. I wanted to shop with my nephews and talk to them, not the workers. If I wanted help I would ask. I would tell my nephews that something was cool and to come look at it and then I would have a worker over my shoulder talking to us instead. Get cameras if you are that worried about theft!! My nephew asked where the cheap stuff was because he wanted multiple items for his budget for shopping and the one lady was no help and said "That isn't a good way to ask that." My nephews is 8...absolutely horrendous how she was speaking to a child at a TOY STORE. This is a locally owned business so I'm sure these comments don't mean anything to them since there are multiple complaints on the same issue from years ago and they still follow you around and harass you. Tried to shop local but I'll give my money to a major corporation...

I am speechless. I decided to take the time out of my day today to visit my local toy store to look for my son tristan, which i had lost prior to this experience. When i arrived i was greeted by two old creepy, smelly, scary, mean, vicious, greedy, angry, foolhardy, spider like, bitter, grim, neglectful, nerve racking, offensive, pointless, weird, bleeding, broken, disturbing, depressing, disgusting, humiliating, scented, sickening, weathered, wrinkled, beaten, mouth watering, baby faced, charming women. They were treating me like i was planning on stealing every item in the store. staring at me from the desk while they were aggressively cleaning it. and when i got to the desk to check out they laughed in my face for asking for my son. ABSOLUTELY...

I would love to be a regular customer here. I’d much rather load my cart in a place like this rather then Target or Walmart. They have a creep that follows you around the store. My mother has experienced the same treatment there and won’t go back. I decided to give it another try. The spook greeted us at the door. My kids were very well behaved, they didn’t leave my side, and I kept good track of everything my four year old picked up. I had everything he picked up in my hands ready to buy and then she questioned me about a bunny. I assure you I have never stole anything in my life nor have a wrote a google review. 🤦🏻‍♀️ But I’ve also never been treated that way. I won’t waste my time...
