Sleep Number — Hotel in Sioux City

If I had known that the sales person who so charismatically sold me this bed would not be able to help me with ALL OF THE PROBLEMS that I have had after the purchase was finalized I NEVER WOULD HAVE BOUGHT ONE! First problem: the bed started sliding off the base on week 2, second problem: the split top is widening a little more every day to the point that our bodies and our pillows are falling into “the abyss “ every night. Third issue: the lights underneath NEVER turn off. … sales people at the store cannot explain these issues and gave me the number to customer service, which is only open 8-5 making it almost impossible to handle since I am a nurse and have only 1 free hour each day to make these frustrating phone calls.
