Had one of the worst experiences ever at one of their homes. Fraudulent listing and the property manager lies. Countless items were not functioning including the hot tub (which was locked up and a note on it upon arrival) no mention that it wasn’t working and the management played dumb when we asked why, a BBQ that probably would have killed us had we cooked on it, outdoor heaters broken oh and no propane on-site but when they brought some they didn’t work, countless lights broken. When you rent a place for the outdoor living space and it’s in shambles when you arrive it ruins you trip. Bring your own basketball too because they only provide flat ones.

I wouldn’t trust this place or the standard of their properties at all. They refused to respond to not only my requests for my refund that they offered but went weeks refusing to respond to Airbnb… unacceptable business practices. Find someplace else...

We came to Sisters on a family vacation and had such a great time. We opted to stay with Sisters Vacation Rentals and were very happy with it. It made our whole weekend so much better. It was a great location and so easy to walk into downtown. We were able to park our car and pretty much walk wherever we needed to go. The layout of the town is nice and felt very personal. We stayed in one one of the pet friendly condos, which was very nice to have that option. The condo itself was nice and clean and worked perfectly for us. The hot tub and pool was a nice feature especially with kids. The water fountain and water pathways added to the ambiance of the property.
