Sisters bunkhouse is so charmingly old fashioned and historic! We chose this place for a one night stay after our friend's memorial. The room was basic but nice. The place was quiet! I was disgusted to find all made-in-China soaps in the bathroom. For a place that exudes "history" and shouts "local", I thought they could atleast support a local soapmaker!! WARNING!!!! the WORST part of our experience was being charged for a mark on the sheets, weeks after our stay, that we could not possibly have been responsible for. We discussed this with the owner and they were unwilling to hear us, deciding against reason that we had done it and charging our card. The mark was very obviously an ink stain that had gone through a wash cycle previous to our stay. It was under the pillow and we did not see it until moving said pillow in the morning. Our stay was brief, we had no ink on us or in the bed. It was sad to be treated this way. We recognize the owners are new to this business and replacing sheets can be costly, but such underhanded treatment of guests will not be in their best interest! We will definitely not be back nor recommend Sisters Bunkhouse to anyone...
Read morePros: Booking was extremely easy over the phone and owner was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms, including the bathroom and bed, are clean and spacious. The location cannot be beat— you are at the doorstep of all the restaurants, bars, shops Sisters has to offer. Easy parking and fair prices! The small lobby has games, coffee, snacks, and information on local businesses. Room temperature was comfortable, although I don’t believe there’s an option to climate control your individual room.
Suggested improvements: The corner shower is very small, which is fine, but the shower head pressure is so strong it feels like it’s going to filet you, and there’s nowhere to escape it. Try switching shower heads to something with adjustable settings and trickle flow so you can actually wash yourself without it rinsing off immediately. I got 5 emails about my reservation before I arrived, which seems excessive. 1 or 2 emails max should be sufficient. A propane/gas firepit in the outdoor seating area would be nice, but without an onsite employee, I understand why there isn’t one.
Overall, awesome little bunkhouse and would definitely stay the night again...

Saw this places homepage and this is directly from their homepage…||||How to Book: You can book by calling (541) 588-6122 or you can book online. There is a 2-night minimum when booking online, but if you'd prefer one night or if you want all three rooms, call us anytime. ||Kathleen and Michael (the owners) want to talk to you about your options!||||||I called and spoke to Michael just as their homepage states and requested a room for one evening. He stated that they do not provide rooms for one night nor neither does anyone else in the area.||||VERY disappointed in this places deception. I asked him to please update their website so people are not angered by this and he was not interested. It’s just a shame that people operate...
