Let me start by saying that I've been in retail/customer service most of my life. Its a real beautiful skill to do it from the point of view of a compassionate listener.

The ring I wanted wasn't available in my size. I wrote to ask if it would be coming back in stock. I received a lovely note from Jennifer within a few hours. She offered to contact me when it was available again. Sure enough a few weeks later she emailed me to say it was in. The best customer service! Personal, a human to human interaction.

My beautiful spinner ring is even prettier in person! I intend to incorporate spinning it while repeating the mantra Oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ...... When you chant mantras your mind releases the positive energy that decreases the negative thoughts or stress.
