One of the most amazing experiences of the week we spent celebrating our 50th anniversary was the opportunity to bring two of our granddaughters into your store, and see the thrill in their eyes, as they took in the beauty of your exquisite jewelry store. I am not sure which of your staff helped us, but they were amazingly patient and helpful to our granddaughters as they selected their treasures and stayed within their birthday gift budget.

A few months ago The Jewel had a private, after hours event for my daughter to shop for jewelry for her to wear on her wedding day. Michelle and Char were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Stay away. We purchased an original design ring from the owner for our daughter’s graduation. After a few months the ring got pock marks and one small diamond fell out. Clearly it was cast incorrectly. The owner and shop workers blamed my daughter, accusing her of mistreating the ring, which was not true. They were rude to me and refused to do anything.
