Fun Cabin Rentals — Hotel in Sonora

Renters be aware of this property owner. Photos taking as we arrived as proof of pre-existing damages and sent to owner. Now he is refusing to return cleaning deposit and claims we caused this damage during our TWO (2) night stay. We even opted for the additional rental insurance and he refuses to make the claim with the insurance. One would think, if there was "$2,000" damage he wouldn't want to just take the $300 and pay the rest out of his pocket. Wouldn't the property owner want the FULL amount to fix is cabin?! Not sure why he's refusing to make the insurance claim. Makes you think!

• Property has security cameras, this owner can review the security cameras and clearly see that our pets were NEVER left on property unattended. Owner can also witness that the crates were brought as well for sleeping. Perhaps upon review is of his cameras, it would display the fact that our pets were truly NEVER alone in the cabin and again prove that our pets in fact DID NOT cause this...

-No bugs! :) If you're understandably concerned about cabin/forest bugs & spiders this is the place for you! The owners are definitely on top of pest control to ensure guests are enjoying their stay and not having to worry about this. I was very pleasantly surprised about the lack of bugs the entire five days I was there. Thank you for that! (A different cabin we had friends staying in had black widows and those owners, albeit a lovely cabin, obviously did not do any pest control). -Great view of the stars at night. Would be nice if there was a lounge chair to stargaze or sunbathe, but nbd. -Comfortable beds. -Plan on not using the oven during the day in the summer. It gets pretty warm inside during the day especially the kitchen. -Deer and gray squirrels often seen from the deck. -Nice neighbors. -I highly recommend...

I had an amazing stay at this cabin in Twain Harte! The cabin was cozy and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking for Twain Harte vacation rentals that are close to nature but still offer modern amenities. We spent our days exploring the beautiful surroundings and our evenings relaxing on the deck. The highlight of our trip was definitely the proximity to Twain Harte Lake.
