The Branch — Restaurant in California

This is THE SPOT. Ordered up the Porchetta and Chicken sandwiches, Panzanella salad, and Tomato soup. The sandwiches were on point. I'm a stickler about condiment ratios and how they can make or break a sandwich. ON POINT. That aioli on the chicken sandwich was very nice and complimented all of the ingredients nicely. They're not skimping on avocado, like a lot of places do. My only desire with the chicken sandwich, was more pickled onion, but I'll just ask for more when I order next time (because pickled onions are primo). The porchetta was prepared very well. The smoke was present, but subtle, the meat tender. Overall, the sandwich was full of flavor and definitely one to grab again. That Tomato Panzanella salad was excellent. Refreshing, flavorful and again, no skimp on that avocado. My kid demolished the tomato soup and said it was as good as mine (and my tomato soup is straight fire). I think the herb croutons are what put it in that category. I had a taste and was definitely a fan. Get that soup. You're not gonna regret it. I'll be back to The Branch for sure. Hope to...

Booking a reservation online was easy and straight forward. My partner and I elected to do the menu tasting, and while expensive, neither of us regretted it in the slightest. The dishes were unique, and it felt like clean eating. The food items were brought to us at the perfect pace, allowing just enough time to finish each dish, digest it a little and reflect on how delicious each one was before the next item came to our table.

I have been a Tuolumne resident for 10 years, and I can't remember a time where I have had a higher quality meal in this County than the one we had at The Branch. It truly stood out as it's own experience and is a must-try for locals and tourists alike. The service was fantastic as well. My girlfriend and I are both genuinely looking forward to our next opportunity...

If I could give 10 stars I would!! We hired The Branch to cater for our Wedding Reception and Rehearsal dinner in Pinecrest. Their food was one of the top highlights of our wedding weekend!! We had been to The Branch location in Twain Harte and enjoyed their amazing food before deciding to hire them for catering. Matt and his wife Stephanie are amazing people and created the most incredible food and experience for our wedding weekend. I worked with Matt and Stephanie to develop a menu for each night.
