Stone Tile Mosaics — Local services in South Hackensack

We placed an order initially for the tile on this review post during the quarantine… USPS somehow lost our package as we waited patiently due to the pandemic.

I was out raged when I found out the package was lost and contacted Nicole at stone tile mosaics, She was able to immediately calm me down and reassure me that she would get a replacement order out to us from her inventory instead of reordering from her supplier and She told us not to worry and that she would make sure it was quality tile material.

She took the time to text back-and-forth with me all morning sending pictures of tile for us to select from and I was just stuck on what I initially ordered... until she sent some additional samples which were absolutely gorgeous. The problem was it was $30 a sheet and what we ordered was only $16 a sheet.

She said don’t worry I will honor your price for what you originally paid for the sheets that you like. She worked very well with us expedited the shipment and made sure that she tracked it until it arrived and we’ve been corresponding back-and-forth every since she’s been checking to make sure the installation went well in seeing if we needed anything else. Discovered this place online bc I was looking for a very specific type of tile. Even better was the fact they’re located only like 10 minutes from me so I didn’t have to pay for shipping and simply had to pick it up. I placed my first order after midnight and the next morning it was already ready for pickup! When I got there, they were so nice and even packed up my car for me. The second time, after I messed up my order, they sat with me and fixed it for me and handed me the correct order within minutes! Great place! I wish I had more tile to buy so I could keep buying from them! While they don’t have a big selection, they have a good selection. If the subject of tile stores ever comes up, I’ll recommend them...

They are wonderful! I ran out of tile for my back splash and couldn't find matching tile anywhere. We got the original tile from a family member who had extra from a renovation they did years ago. Luckily I stumbled upon Stone Tile Mosaics and the guy who I spoke with was super helpful, found me what I need, and shipped it out to me immediately!...
