Let's rewind to Memorial Day, shall we? Just a simple name change on our order -- you'd think I was asking to launch a rocket. I waited TWO HOURS just to change the name on the sales order to my fiancés instead of mine due to our financing under his name. The cashier crew looked like I'd asked them to solve a Rubik's Cube blindfolded. Meanwhile, our poor sales lady was juggling five clients and a mental breakdown for anyone to help her in the cashier/customer service department. After the Great Name Change Fiasco of 2025, surprise! The mirror I was supposed to get? "Sold out." Because it took so long to figure out how to type my fiancés name. Cool cool cool. Deep breath -- I chalked it up to Memorial Day madness and moved on. Fast-forward to delivery day! The movers forgot an entire piece of the bedroom set -- the one never added because of the aforementioned Cashier Chaos. But wait, there's more! They brought the couch and chair, got the chair up the stairs (yay?), but told me the couch "wouldn't fit." Did they try removing the packaging? Nope. Did they even look like they wanted to try? Also nope. Why? Because they were late for another delivery. So they just... drove away. WITH MY COUCH. That I PAID FOR. And refused to bring in. What really put the cherry on top? Zero sympathy. I, a 130-pound, 5'4" human woman, was apparently supposed to figure out how to levitate a sofa upstairs alone -- and they just bounced like it was my problem. Absolute legends. Oh, and the chair? Now decorated with custom mover-glove stains and damaged/ripped fabric from the movers. Super chic! Cue me calling customer service three times, only to be emotionally waterboarded by hold music for 45+ minutes. One delivery rep had the charm of a DMV stapler, but bless the last lady -- she was kind, helpful, and did her best. Even she couldn't convince the movers (just 20 minutes away!) to turn around. Apparently Saturday is now couch day. Look, Lesley -- our sales gal -- is a gem. Honestly, give her a crown and a raise. But the rest? Yikes. RC Willey, it's been real. But this breakup is brought to you by stress, stains, missing furniture, and me contemplating arm day at the gym just to move the couch I never got. *I asked them to leave the bed in the box so I can decided/put together later. This is how they left it for me*

I’m very upset with my recent experience purchasing nearly $4,000 worth of furniture from RC Willey to furnish both my toddler’s room and my own. What should have been an exciting experience turned into a frustrating and exhausting ordeal. The delivery team showed up without the necessary hardware to assemble my toddler's bed — meaning my child would have had to sleep on the floor. I was told they likely couldn’t return until Monday (this was not acceptable). To make matters worse, I was also informed that one of the hardware pieces for our king bed was defective due to missing threading. I insisted that this issue be resolved that day. Eventually, someone met the delivery team to drop off the correct hardware — but even then, they still forgot the toddler bed hardware. It took two separate trips to get everything delivered correctly. In total, I spent eight hours at home dealing with what should have been a straightforward delivery and setup. During this time, I noticed that one of the nightstands had a large scratch. I contacted customer service and we arranged for an exchange — but the soonest appointment was four days later. Then, just this morning, while preparing the room for that delivery, I found a random screw on the floor near the large dresser. I bent down to look underneath and discovered a large gash in the wood, hidden from plain sight. This damage was not mentioned by any of the delivery staff. If I hadn't seen the screw and looked underneath, I would never have known. That lack of transparency is incredibly disappointing. The quality of the furniture itself is beautiful, but the level of service, accountability, and care is completely unacceptable. After spending this much money, I expected a much higher standard. The lack of urgency, communication, and respect for the customer’s time and experience is simply not okay. I'm sharing a photo that shows the delivery men taking the dresser up the stairs for reference. The hole In the bottom of the dresser would have been seen by the person staring at the bottom.

What a nightmare with the flooring department I placed my flooring order in the end of October. The issues are still not resolved. I ordered flooring from here because it was slightly cheaper than the local store, and the nightmare began. 1. Their flooring measurement specialist did not ensure we ordered enough flooring, and ordered a series of inappropriate moldings, stair nose, etc. 2. The installers who came (round 1) spoke zero english and couldn't communicate with me about the plan. They paid no regard for putting flooring together in an aesthetic manner, purely took the top piece from a single box until the box was gone. 3. The installers left with their portion of the project incomplete and stated they would return the next day. They did not. 4. I called RC Willey who was unaware they had no-showed, and could not schedule me again for several weeks. 5. The next installers come (weeks later) and we STILL don't have enough flooring pieces, to complete the floor, and still have the wrong molding/stair nose. 6. This set of installers does an absolute HACK JOB on the stairs, and spills glue all over the floor. There are pin-nails exposed on several portions of flooring and stairs which tear up our socks til we get them fixed, they told our contractor the stair bases were fine just for later to have to tear all of the stairs off and start from scratch because the stairs were all loose. (This is not just a frustrated customer opinion, this is all confirmed later by the people hired to fix the problems). 7. All in all, there are 7+ days of my time spent at home so that flooring installers could come finish a single room project, not including every phone call I had to get transferred and transferred to someone who could help me. 8. Poor communication continues about not getting credits for the returned incorrect pieces and I am receiving late fees for money that isn't owed.

I bought a stove from here, paid almost 700.00 in cash. I had to wait a couple weeks for it to be delivered. I'm a single mom with 3 kids and lived in my house for 14 years, the stove I have, we've had this whole time and it went totally out. So we really needed it asap! Yesterday it was supposed to be delivered, it said between 7:30am and 9:30am. The delivery guy came over about 7:45am, you literally see him on my camera knock on my door take a picture of my door and leave. I didn't even have enough time to put some pants on and run up stairs to answer the door. I had a missed call from a number I tried calling it back a few times, I wasn't sure if it was then they didn't leave a message and I didn't know the number. There was no answer and the voicemail was a basic one just saying I reached that number and leave a message. I had to wait until 10am for RC Willey to open. I called and explained to the lady what happened and begged for her to have them come back me and my kids really need the stove we've already been without one for weeks waiting for it. She said she called the delivery guy and he said he came over twice, I've checked my cameras on got one on my garage and on my front door, you only see them the one time! She said the delivery guy don't wanna go back and forth about him saying he came over twice and me having proof it was only once .she said he said if he has time he will come back but if not I gotta reschedule, they would call me and let me know. Even after me explaining about me having kids and them knowing I've been waiting weeks and I paid fully in cash for the delivery the stove, everything! I never got no call and I can't do anything today because they are closed I gotta wait until tomorrow to call and most likely have to reschedule for another week or 2 when they have time to bring it! I've spend thousands and thousands of dollars here through my life on couch sets, entertainment centers, fridge, dishwasher even beds for me and my children! You would think I would be treated with more respect! Instead I feel like they spit in my face and pretty much said you and your kids can go another couple weeks without eating. It kills my heart. This is the last time I will ever purchase anything from...

RC Willey is the GOLD STANDARD for our Household Period ! I was in the market for a TCL 85" mini led Ultra High Definition TV. I called the Meridian Store & Jeff Vargason in the TV department took my call. He was vastly knowledgeable in his domain. After having a 15 minute Q&A session with him on the TCL & its competition I felt confident with his council & I told him to order the unit from Salt Lake & put it on my RC Willey account. Straight shooter NO HYPE, NO BS PERIOD. OLD SCHOOL experience that is virtually non existent in today's business world. As a Small Business Owner / Operator it is comforting to know I can take RC WILLEY'S REPRESENTATIVES WORD TO THE BANK ! THE TCL QM8 Television is JAW DROPPING to say the least. We are so Happy with our choice not to mention the RC WILLEY Warranty 5 years dealing with our local Store Representatives comparatively speaking to COSTCO, who gives a 2 year Manufactures Warranty through TCL & then a 3 year warranty through ALLSTATE who will prioritize their interest ahead of mine in this case. They are in the business of self preservation at the expense of the Insured in my opinion. Add to that point, Natural Disasters, National Smash & Grabs etc, Allstate does not run off of losses period. Knowing this it reinforced my decision to go with RC Willey. The Installation process was stellar to say the least. Forrest, the Senior Installer was a True Professional in every aspect of the installation. Highly skilled & technically proficient , task oriented while simultaneously being very polite, patient not condescending at all, offered all options & clearly defined the task at hand. His helper Jacob was on a par with Forrest, TRUE PROFESSIONALS in every sense !!!!!!!!!! The Finance Department, Lilley, Brooklyn & Alexia from start to finish EXCELLENT & again, TRUE PROFESSIONALS !!!!!!!!!!!!! RC WILLEY Epitomizes Stellar Customer Service & ETHICAL Conduct, Product knowledge while knowing who they work for in this case ME & MY WIFE !!!!!!!!!!!!! STRONG WORK RC WILLEY !!!!!!!!!!!! Best regards, Joe Dorack CHEERS...
